The young lady that helped me was very professional, knowledgeable and concerned about what I was interested in and getting everything just right. She was truly interested in the customer. Highly unusual in this day and age when most contact is done through social media and not face to face. She is a tremendous asset to Home Depot and the Athens store.

My Sales Associate Alfonso Lopez helped me find a frig and was so helpful. He works in Appliances. He is terrific.

This store is very clean, and organized, with everything you are looking for. Just be sure you know what you're looking for, because you most likely will have to find it yourself and choose to the best of your knowledge the item you will buy. There is very few employees spread thin across the store, and if you happen to spot one, they are busy helping someone else. Other than not being able to get the help you need, atleast the prices are better than their competitor across the street.

THE SALES ASSOCIATED I ENCOUNTERED DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE PRODUCT OR THE COMPUTER/CREDIT CARD INFORMATION NEEDED TO DO THE JOB... THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A JOKE

I was not familiar with the floor plan of the store but found everything I needed because of good stock placement and planning.

Robin Owens, Kitchen and Bath Designer, took an impossibly small 1956 model kitchen and made it beautiful and functional.

Truly appreciated the Help I received from Steve Williams. He gave me reasonable options and helped me in choosing the Perfect Product for my needs. I could not Thank him enough!

I went into Home Depot thinking I'd have to run all over the store to get my products, but the customer service desk was all I needed! McLynn took care of my purchases and directed me to where I was to pick up my oversized items. The items were ready and waiting on me with friendly associates to help load them.

The associates in the store that offered to assist in regards to the plants had a general knowledge of the plants. Often this is not the case. I appreciated the information.

We are in the process of a full basement renovation. The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. We researched all products thoroughly and have found The Home Depot to have the widest selection and the best prices. I highly recommend The Home Depot and the Athens location in particular for your home building needs.

Very pleasant experience. Came in for a fantastic sale item in the Lawn and Garden center. As soon as I entered the store Karen said hello and asked if she could help. She rang up my purchase which required pick up and made sure I had protection to put down in my vehicle. Malcom - immediately helped load my car as soon as I pulled up - was friendly and courteous. Came in for the sale price will return because of the excellent customer service.

Finding a store associate was very easy. He was able to answer my question and walked me over to the product I was looking for. The cashier was super nice. She made sure that we got our military discount. We were able to get in and out the store very quickly.

The store employees were available, friendly and very helpful. I called Lowe's to compare the price of the item I was buying and Home Depot had it $3.00 cheaper. Very pleased with my experience at Home Depot and I plan to go back.

I went looking for appliances and the Associate Mr. Lopez was the best! He totally explained the product and the "bells and whistles." He also showed me other products that I was interested in even knowing that I was not ready to purchase the product at that moment. I live in Hall county but will gladly drive the distance again for the customer service he provided.

Three employees went above and beyond today... made me want to come back. First not sure of the spelling but perhaps Mclynn ( a slender black female with perfectly coiffed hair) she saw us headed to the end of aisle two for a dryer connection. walked us over, grabbed what we needed, handed it to us and was just friendly. professional and customer oriented...big time... then I asked where they would make keys and she started to walk us there, I told her just tell me what aisle.. and she did... she was my favorite ot the day... KEEP HER.... then in keymaking... Janet arrived and did her job quickly, professionally, happily and displayed excellent customer service skills. then off to the cashier Emily who is actually who told me Mclynn's name so I could mention her ... Emily was very proficient, and also displayed excellent customer service skills... you have three excellent employees there and it was a big difference from our usual visits to your store

Staff was friendly and helpful. Immediately re-made 2 of the 4 keys that did not work. No hassle for the return. I find the personnel at this store to be sincerely interested in helping me find a solution for whatever need brought me to the store. I would have rated the store 5-star had I not had to return to have 2 of the 4 keys re-made.

Jim in the Garden Center loaded 14 - 12x12 stepping stones for me and was friendly, eager to help and a very nice young man. I appreciate the help - it is always a pleasure to shop at Athens Home Depot - West side.

I was looking for a product that Homedepot.com said there were 11 at the store. At the store, they could not be found. The Department Supervisor offered me a higher end product (same manufacturer) for the same price as the product I originally wanted. Associate was great and I left the store very happy.

Arrived at store, went over to look at pool furniture. After looking for about 2 or 3 minutes the sales associate came over to help us. He was very helpful with everything, even loading the table and chairs onto my truck. We also ordered several more pieces of pool furniture (3 chaise lounges and two tables)online. We ordered them on a saturday and they arrived at my house by UPS on tuesday. We decided to purchase 3 more chaise lounges and 2 more tables the following weekend. Ordered them online on sunday and they arrived at my house by UPS on tuesday. I am very pleased with the overall experience, and I highly recommend the Athens/Oconee Home Depot.

This is the only place that I will shop in town for any home improvement needs. I have price shopped and it is by far the cheapest and has everything I need in stock or it can be ordered and received quickly.

Store was clean. Products are easy to find. Was very impressed with the gentleman that helped me.

the ladies at the service desk were exceptionally helpful! seems some store employees have "adopted" a cat in the outside area--this type of kindess is rare these days and should be acknowledged.

This store has always been clean and associates have always been very helpful. We have never been dissatisfied with our purchases. On occasion when we have had to return a product it was never a problem. Thank you Home Depot. We will definitely recommend this store.

Our Salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful choosing the right appliances. Also, everyone else was helpful in helping us find other things that I needed to pick up.
