Josh in plumbing offered help when I looked perplexed. He helped me solve my problem which involved an out of the box solution AND made sure I had all the correct parts to accomplish it.

We had a relatively good experience at this Home Depot.

This location has to best customer service ever! They pay attention to your needs and have a lot of patience!

We were researching new washers and dryers after 18 years with the old set. We received excellent service from a most knowledgeable employee who answered all our many, many questions. The result was that we bought and are pleased with our purchase.

The store was clean and the products were easy to find. The paint department service representative were friendly and helpful.

Consistently the best and most helpful staff of the major home improvement stores in town the store is well stocked as well, which can't always be said of competitors.

The store is always clean and everything is always on the shelf.

The store is always clean and organized. HD employees love if their job shines through to the customers. All of this results in a great shopping experience.

I can't say enough about Steve P. who was working in plumbing on the day I needed help. He was knowledgeable, asked questions to see what I needed, then offered multiple possible solutions. His knowledge and concern for wanting to help me more than just sell me on certain products not only allowed me to fix the issue myself, but it also saved me quite possibly hundreds of dollars. Carol who normally works in paint but is also a certified plumber also listened to my issue (I had just seen her earlier in the week for a painting issue) and pointed me in the direction of Steve who was working back in plumbing. Finally, Ashley who was working at check out was very friendly and helpful as well. I love Home Depot because in my experience, I have always been able to find knowledgeable associates who seem genuinely concerned about helping rather than just selling.

This was the only place I was able to find the plants I was looking for and they had many I could choose from

Poor customer service from electrical manager, just plain rude. Some people should not be in customer service.

Customer service at H.D. has really improved. Brandon in plumbing went over and above to help me out!

We made a large purchase with heavy items. We had to use one of the large low to ground push carts. A service representative was in the parking lot rounding up carts. As I opened the back door of my SUV, he came up and cheerfully told me he would load it for us. After doing so, he took the large cart back to the garden center for us. That's customer service!

Today was one of the most pleasant shopping trips I have done for quite awhile. All the employees I dealt with today were very knowledgeable and very friendly. I wish all shopping experiences were this pleasant.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly at this store. Walked in and right away found assistance in the tools department and also in the plumbing department. Mr. Pinion assisted me in the plumbing department and got me the exact tool I needed for my home project. Then Ali was very helpful when I had a question at check out. Will shop at this store again with no hesitation. Interior of store was very clean and in order.

The staff and the cashier was very helpful. I asked a girl for a larger cart to put an item on and she went and found one for me and was very nice. The cashier, Alicia was very helpful in checking me out and the shopping experience was great1
