After years of going to the competition, I came to Home Depot because what I needed wasn’t available across the street. But there were so many helpful employees and I was treated so well, I’ll check Home Depot first from now on.

Jared at the Epps Bridge location has excellent customer service skills and is very knowledgeable of Home Depot products. It is refreshing to visit a store and work with experts that are happy to help you make an informed decision on larger purchases.

Went in and placed a large landscape material order for delivery. Gentleman was very helpful and helped me save some money.

I was impressed by the staff throughout this location I was stopped and asked if I needed help by many different employees during my visit. Ali B at the self check out was also super sweet and made sure I found what I was looking for and helped me scan my items as they were a bit awkward.

Lisa who normally works in appliances but was helping out in plumbing was very helpful and SUPER NICE

I was sent to store due to my husband recovering from surgery- I wasn't;t sure what to get or where it would be- Upon entering, girl at desk helped direct me to plumbing and there Carolyn-was the Bomb!! Helped me figure out what I needed

I bought something through Home Depot online and had a problem with it not getting returned properly. Taylor at the Return desk was SO helpful and kept thinking of ways to solve the problem and get my return processed. Plus the item was too heavy for me to lift (vanity with marble top) and she is going to try to get it picked up. Taylor was exceptionally friendly and helpful and I will start my shopping next time with Home Depot!!!!!

This particular Home Depot is always well stocked and has a very friendly and helpful staff. I am always greeted and offered assistance several times during each visit. There’s a Lowe’s store located right across the street and I won’t shop there- You won’t find anyone helpful or friendly at Lowe’s.

I called in an order for 2 skids of retaining wall blocks (of 144 each), using the Skew Number I photographed a week earlier while at the store.Terry helped answer several questions about ordering and Ralph took my order on my second call, after conferring with my contractor for pick-up Monday morning. They were both patient, helpful and polite. I am extremely pleased and gladly recommend shopping at this Home Depot in Athens, Georgia.

At checkout, Ludy called me over from another line I was waiting in. He worked efficiently and was very personable.

I shop here for basement renovation supplies several times per week. The customer service department is excellent which is why I keep coming back. It's the only home improvement store in the area where staff routinely go above and beyond to solve problems. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is that there are some supply issues. Suspect this is everywhere right now, though, so tough to fault them for it.

I was working on a small project to help out my mom. The front and manager and employee in building materials take the time to help me determine the type and quantity materials that I needed. Very friendly and helpful

Josh in plumbing offered help when I looked perplexed. He helped me solve my problem which involved an out of the box solution AND made sure I had all the correct parts to accomplish it.

We had a relatively good experience at this Home Depot.
