The employees and service exceptional at this store. We have been shopping there since 2013 and never had a bad experience. They are the poster store for customer service. Happy in Watkinsville, GA!

There is only one Home Depot in the Athens, GA area and I drive across town to shop there.

All associates are always on the same page with service and knowledge or will find someone that can answer if they aren`t sure!

This store is always well organized and clean. I have never been disappointed when asking an employee for help. They will go out of their way to show you where a product is located and if they do not know, they will find someone who does. This store also seems to have more design choices than its competitors and I have rarely left the store without finding what I needed or liked

I had a great experience at Home Depot purchasing a dishwasher. The salesperson Alfonso Lopez was very courteous, helpful and answered all of our questions very professionally. It was hassle free.

The store was neat and clean I was greeted by Associates or employees and they were very friendly answered all my questions. I found what I was looking for purchase was easy and it wasn't a long wait at all . It was a nice experience great atmosphere

We were very pleased with the service and courtesy of all the employees in this store with whom we interacted. We were welcomed at the door and directed to the area of the store we needed. We then were given excellent service where we were able to make our purchase easily and timely.

The person who helped me locate the odd screw driver that I needed, with a star shape at the end, was very helpful, and he made sure I was able to get the correct type. The store was very clean, and the lady at the cash-register was very nice. More importantly, y'all folks finally started giving out military discounts. I like that.

THE STORE IS WELL ORGANIZED AND EASY TO FIND WHAT YOU NEED. FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES EAGER TO HELP YOU. ISLES BEING STOCKED ARE ALWAYS CLOSED OFF FOR SAFETY AND THEY ALWAYS TELL YOU APPROXIMATELY HOW LONG IT WILL BE. CLEAN RESTROOMS. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT ABOUT SAYING WHAT THE ENTIRE STORES CLEANLINESS IS.

Everyone is kind and helpful. I am a senior citizen. I can't just wonder around a great big store so I always ask for help to find a particular item. Everyone at this store is always courteous and often walk me right to the item I came to get. Thank You !!

Great place to visit and shop construction material, lawn stuff and pond ceiling material.

Store is nice and workers are helpful. Was disappointed in a purchase of a new propane tank. We were given a code to pick up a tank from a locker area in the front. We received a dirty used tank that was definitely not full. Would suggest purchasing this type of item at another store.

As a small business and home owner i do alot of shopping in home.improvement stores.but when ever possible i prefer to shop home depot.they usually have what i need and have a good to assist me if i have questions about a product or where to find it.

John helped us find ant killer that was safer for our fur kids than what we had originally picked!! Very thankful for his help, I'd have been devastated if we had used something that hurt them!

The people working in customer service treat people who return products as if they are all theifs and are very unfriendly. Have had great service at other Home Depot stores.

I love The Home Depot it is my favorite store .I can spend hours in this store . The associates are very friendly and helpful . The cashier Thomas is really nice and a happy person. He makes shopping at this Home Depot a pleasure.
