I was very happy with the service I received from the store associates. They were knowledgable and went out of their way to provide assistance to me. The associate in the lumber Dept. approached me and asked if he could be of assistance. I told him what I wanted and he asked what I was going to use it for. He suggested something else and he was right. He helped me load the lumber on my cart, and then cut it for me. When I got it home I found that it fit perfectly AND was a better choice of materials than I had originally intended to use. The associate in the Tools Dept. was very helpful too. She'd helped me in previous visits and her suggestions and assistance were exceptional. I was totally satisfied with my purchase. At the check out counter the clerk was very friendly and made sure I had found everything I was looking for. He made sure the good service continued right up till I was on my way home.

The day before my son's 2nd birthday I headed to Home Depot to put the finishing touches on a Construction themed birthday. Frantically looking for letters, Lance the Sales Dude, helped me find just what I needed! He also tossed in a great idea as a party favor. My guests left the party cute as ever & I was thrilled to have such fun decor thanks to Home Depot and Lance!

The store was clean and people were polite to help. Can find all hardware stuff in one place.

Received exceptional intruction on not only what products I could use to solve my problem, but a tutorial (Class if you will) on the correct application of each...I was amazed to say the least. In fact I went to the store Mgr. before leaving the store and told her about my knowledge aquired and how inmpressed I was and also mentioned that the person that hired this specific associate should be very proud.

Our ceramic stove top requires a particular cleaner which is very difficult to find! Not one store named on the internet as handling this particular product had it. HOME DEPOT was my last resort. Could not find cleaner in all that cleaning supply section; VERY VERY FRUSTRATED walked to Customer Service JENN IVES, who IMMEDIATELY LISTENED, got on the computer, WALKED ME TO THE PRODUCT!!! Actually, what I find is that HOME DEPOT tries to hire knowledgeable folks. THANK YOU, JENN IVES!

Quick and easy location of product type, and specific product for my needs

I WAS LOOKING FOR A SPECIALTY ITEM TO REPAIR MY WHEEL BORROW TUB WHERE THE CARRIAGE BOLTS PASS THRU AND THE TUB’S METAL FATIGUGED AROUND THE BOLT HEAD. I WAS LOOKING FOR 4 SS ½ INCH FENDER WASHERS. AND WOW, THERE THEY WERE IN THE FASTENER’S DEPT. THERE WAS A SIGN ABOVE THEM; “NEW ITEM”. THIS MADE MY DAY!

Just wanted help understanding more about return denials and associate called for manager to "deal with this guy" in customer service area

I know not every day things can be perfect. Today though I was pleased to walk into H.D. and the experience here was a very good one. Thanks to the guys in the tool dept.

I was shopping for fertilizer for my lawn. Found it at a reasonable price in small bags which I could lift it into the car myself.

EMPLOYEES ARE SO MUCH HELP, DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE USE THE APP OR COMPUTER ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS GO IN THE STORE

My husband and I shop here at least 2-3x per month as we both are very much into DIY and fix-it projects at home. They sometimes don't have enough associates on the floor to get to you right away but that's okay! It generally doesn't take all that long anyway. The associates are always incredibly helpful and aren't rude in any way. The store is clean, they are very concerned for the safety of their customers, and we've always had a really great experience at this store. If you check out and get Florence at the register, you'll also be in luck! She was awesome yesterday!

The associate offered me several suggestions on how to complete the work I needed to do and showed me where to find each option.

Lani (Michelle) was so helpful in securing an unlisted discount on two lawn chairs we bought at the Shoreline store. She checked and found that the items would go on sale soon and got the discount applied as we shopped. A great help! A great associate!

I rate Home Depot an A+ for overall selection and service. My rating comes from comparative shopping experiences with other retailers that sell the same types of products. The most appreciative aspect of my Home Depot shopiing experience is the fact that I don't have to wander around the store looking for the exit and cashiers. The "Other" place invites you into a maze then forces you to walk past every product they sell before you can get back to your car, go home, and get the job done. Home Depot knows the value of a person's time. GREAT JOB HOME DEPOT....

Santa, Calvin and Jaziel made our Do-It-Herself workshop a lot of fun. They were extremely helpful and patient. Not sure that we would have been able to complete our project without their help.

I love shopping at this store. Sometimes, I walk up and down the isles to get ideas on what updates I may want to do to my home. The associates are very helpful, and if I have a problem item to find, they will find me an associate that is an expert in the given area to help me. I am an avid gardener, and love to peruse the garden department. I also appreciate having whatever product I may need for upkeep of my home and my business available to me in one store.
