When entering the store, I was greeted by a checkout clerk. Friendly smile and ask if she could assist me. She pointed me in the direction of the item that I was looking for.

While visiting the Bay City Home Depot, I was met by some very knowledgable employees who helped me find what I needed, and out the door within 10 minutes! Everyone's time is valuable and this store definitely recognized that! I would recommend this store to family and friends everywhere.

Customer service rude when inquired about assistance. Upon getting assistance he became distracted helping other customers.

Lauren was a great help getting us the right color and type of paint to do our job.She mixed paint on 3 different occations until it was perfect. she is a great asset to the Home Depot.

If I do need some assistance, then someone is always around the corner ready to help. Returns are fast and efficient. Cashiers are welcoming and personable. It is a great experience every time that I go in there!

I love my location Home Depot. I would say my dad and I use Home Depot every week for our projects at our apartments and around the house. We suggest going here because they have anything we need from big projects to little easy fix ups. I can for sure say I will becoming back for more tools and supplies.
