All products sought were easily found and acquired in one easy trip every time. Pricing and variety is still second to none. Associates are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and greatly respectful!!!! Even though it still appears the store is under staffed every member goes above and beyond to aid the customers! Everything about this store is great every single trip I make in for products or even just getting pricing quotes for customers or item availability estimates. Absolutely great overall experience!!!!

Starting down the aisle and immediately was asked if I needed help. Gentleman took me to the product and was asking all the important question so he could get the right product. Everyone so helpful and friendly.

Store was very tidy and we received an exceptional amount of help. Store employees were always very friendly and what we like most is the hassle-free returns if we needed to take something back. Highly recommend that people visit the store for a great DIY experience!

While one might think of going to a local nursery for plants, I would recommend going to Home Depot to see what they have. While we shopped for plants at the end of the season, we found not only some very healthy looking flowers, but also ones that were very unique that we had not seen at some of the local nurseries. To top this off, the plants were on sale, but if they were not, the regular prices were much lower than what we have seen at other flower plant stores. Then the icing on the cake was the outstanding sales associate who helped us. This was a great shopping experience at the Petoskey Home Depot store.

The store is well layed out and if you are ever in need of help, an associate is around every corner. Even if it isn't their department, they are either cross-trained or will find the appropriate person.

All materials needed to do an entire roof tear off and replacement were readily available, and at a lower price than anywhere else I had pulled a quote from. The roofing materials were delivered rooftop at no additional charge. All excess material returned with no problems.

Everything that we saw was taken care of and looked nice. We were in the garden area looking at plants.

We could not find what we were looking for and at the price we had seen the previous week. The associate in appliances was very helpful. Then we ran into a problem when we were checking out, however, Barb and Dan, assisted us greatly and made what could have been a frustrating experience into an excellent one in which we will come back and also recommend this Home Depot always. I ordered a microwave late Sunday night and received a text message @ 6:22 Monday morning, my alarm call for the day. This was faster than expected. When I went to the store to pick the item up, Jim promptly assisted me. he was very knowledgeable with the process and it took less than a minute for the paperwork to be printed and I was on my way. Jim even loaded it in my car and very careful not to damage my car, it is small and the box was a tight fit. this store seems to have their stuff together. I will definitely buy online again from the Petoskey Home Depot. Thanks

The store is absolutely gorgeous. The products are organized well and the lighting in the store is great. The store employees are very friendly and helpful. This made for a quick, easy, enjoyable visit and that's what people want!

Easy to find several options of products that I need.

The employees were prompt to attend to me, answered my questions immediately and gave suggestions (such as measuring my space because the new appliance was wider than standard) to make sure I made a satisfactory purchase. I visited the store twice on this purchase and the service was excellent with both employees.

This IS the best Home Depot. The associates are knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Stacey in the Pro Services section is awesome! I rent my home in Northern Michigan (about 30 minutes from this Home Depot store). The grill at this home literally died and my tenants needed something quick. I called the store and Stacey not only found the grill I wanted but arranged to have it shipped fully assembled the next day! They even moved it on to the deck! This was all done as I was 300 miles and 4 hours away! Thanks to Stacey and all who helped...all of you deserve huge kudos and big raises!
