Do not have them install your flooring I waited almost 5 months and never did get it installed it was messed up every way you can think of, I will never deal with them again.

Love the store people are very friendly and helpful very surprising for such a large store!!!

This is one of the most well-run businesses in northern Michigan. I don't know how they do it but keep up the good work

Store and environment kept very clean and orderly especially more so during the infection going on for the last year. Very much impressed how they are handling this all!

The gentleman that I had talked to at the pro desk wasn't very helpful at all. I had what looked like a small list of items to get. He just said that he would have someone come and help me load up a cart. I mentioned that it was way more than would fit in a cart. It didn't seem to matter to him. He called for someone to assist me and to stand over near the end of aisle 22. I stood there for about 10-12 minutes and no one came. I went throughout the store and picked up the smaller items that would fit in a cart. I loaded it up with some lumber on top and pushed it to the pro desk area. I then grabbed my second cart and loaded it up with some sheets of foam board and 15 bags of fiberglass insulation. As I waited for 20 minutes for one customer to get checked out that had very few items I was finally able to get checked out. I also had to get 54 sheets of 7/16 osb. I told this to the cashier right away. That cashier is very new and was having a hard time remembering what I asked for. To much pressure for this cashier. After I was checked out, the people were very helpful with loading up my truck and trailer. Customer service has declined.

The Petoskey Home Depot is staffed with knowable curtious employees with actual how to experience. Even in this time of Covid 19 / facemarks you can still feel the smiles from the staff at the store in Petoskey!

Store doesn't enforce safe Covid-19 practices. Many maskless patrons. Enter if you dare.

I am an elderly widow and when I come in with a problem, the employees are most willing and helpful. They go out of their way to help me and make suggestions of how to fix the problem. They also are very respectful and they do not talk down to me or try to make me feel stupid. I really appreciate that!

The associates who helped we get a husky 46inch tool chest into the back of my midsize suv were tremendous. I could have done it without them. They are tremendous customer service oriented associates! They are great asset to the store. It has made me want to come to this store for all my needs that you carry in this store. In this era of Covid-19 they gave great customer service while social distancing. This includes the cashiers that called these gentlemen to help us.

The store could use some more associates but the ones they have are very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

All of the employees I encountered were pleasant, made eye contact and said "hi". The store was neat and clean and well stocked.

Clean, neat and all the employees there are so kind and helpful!

People were helpful , found everything I was looking for , plenty of stock , checkout was easy.

There are no dumb questions at Home Depot. Service is always friendly and quick. People are respectful and practice social distancing.

I had three extremely helpful employees who did everything they could to fulfill my items and they were able to. This Home Depot has exceptional customer service. This is how it should look everywhere!

First, the store is very conveniently located. The staff always seems knowledgeable and ready to help me with any project I undertake. But, perhaps the most impressive thing to me is that they always seem friendly.

Don’t try to get the tools u need that don’t stock vary well

the gentleman who helped put product on cart for me and the young man who loaded it in my car and the cashier were so very helpful and pleasant

The customer service at this location was subpar. We don't have a Home Depot where I live and if they allow this type of customer service at all of their stores I don't want one here.

I was able to get the help I needed quickly and get on the road in record time.

Very satisfied with the store one thing that happened online was when checking out they said the fridge would be shipped July 22 and then 10 minutes later as i was finishing it changed to July 28 and that Is why I called the store back and made the purchase with them.

Very friendly and helpful.. very knowledgable about products that I was looking for.. I needed a bisque to let now but had to settle for a white one cause I couldn't wait..
