I bought a chainsaw and was not given the military discount. I did get a military discount on two other small items totaling $21, discount was $2.10.

Purchased a Kitchen Air Refrigerator and Dishwasher on May 30, as well as three Kohler toilets. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and fully stocked.

The staff greeted me and ask if I needed any help in a couple departments. In the appliance department the staff took plenty of time explaining products, delivering options and were very knowledgeable

It is unusual today at large stores to find people that will help when you need them. I went to Home Depot with some trepidation about find out what I needed to buy flooring, cabinets, appliances but I did find folks at every department to help.

In the past month, I have worked with Rob at the Pro Desk on 2 occasions. He has been responsive, offered problem-solving solutions and when I ran into an issue followed through in a timely manner to make sure it was resolved.

Brenda Scott was our sales clerk and was very helpful and courteous.

If you are looking for appliances, I highly recommend talking to Brenda Scott. She is very thorough and knowledgeable in the field.

The whole experience was amazing. Steve and Jennifer went above and beyond for us. I was suffering from a migraine and Jennifer gave me some of her own personal ibuprofen to help me out. Steve gave my family some free waters as well.

I had to get a price adjustment on some plants that were on sale and Salli at the Customer Service desk was fabulous in understanding my concern, and taking care of the price adjustment with no issue or delay. The SC desk has always been very helpful when I needed them. Makes for a pleasant shopping experience and no stress.

I called about the super exciting giant 12 foot skeleton :) and Lauren and Scott were so helpful and so kind!!! 100 % recommend the Petosky store!!!

No employees wanted to help locate product and help load. None of them looked happy working. Very unfriendly, even tge customers didn't look happy. So different from Gaykord Home zdepot where we usually shop.
