Amy directed me to a special buy that saved me money. Brennah the cashier was friendly.

The survey I took by going to the site on the electronic receipt has a question regarding did I use the homedepot app before going to the store or during the visit. I don't have the app and did not use It in either situation. The question does not allow you to make an accurate answer. I visited the web prior to the visit only. Did not seem to be able to continue by answering only that question as positive.

Smaller store but always has what I need. Love the big hardware feel.

Store needs a remodeling bad. It is too small causing a great deal of disorganization. There are great folks that work there but sometimes overshadowed by the occasional rude associate. Cashiers are great and friendly. Store could be better but still beats Lowes any day of the week.

I walked into the Home Depot thinking about getting a new pedestal sink and toilet for my bathroom and having Home Depot install them. I saw a clerk and asked about it, he quickly retrieved a bathroom specialist who was very helpful in picking out my bathroom stuff and then directing me over to the contracts department where very a friendly woman wrote up my contract into the Home Depot system ... I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes. Now Home Depot has not yet installed my bathroom fixtures so if they do as well as they did in helping me with my order I will be a happy camper! TBD :-)

We were doing a school project to help our son who is a Music Teacher and were blown away by the generosity and kindness of Charlie and Will at the Bethel Park store! They were very interested in hearing about the projects we have done in the past using Home Depot products as well as this recent project of building 3 banner display towers to use in the Veterans Day performance of 350 third graders. When we went to check out, Charlie informed us that Home Depot was donating the materials we needed for the project as well as 25 Home Depot 5 gallon buckets to be used by the students as bucket drums. We were absolutely amazed at the generosity and community involvement expressed by the associates and Home Depot! Needless to say, our son was thrilled because he has no budget for the school performances and this was extremely helpful on a new teacher's salary!! Thanks a million to Charlie, Will and Home Depot! Your kindness means so much! We have always been loyal customers and will continue to be!

I almost always have a great experience at Home Depot, in particular, The Bethel Park Home Depot. The associates are very happy to assist you, very friendly and welcoming and truly want to make sure your visit there is successful. Checkout is very quick and you are on your way in no time.

I have been visiting this store for several months and I cannot say enough good things about the sales associates. They have helped me select products and have explained how to make repairs in clear and understandable language. As a woman without this type of home remodeling and repair knowledge, I was initially intimidated to go to the store to find products to help me do extensive home repairs. The associates have put my fears to rest on every occasion! Usually, I show them a picture and then they take it from there! My sincerest thanks to the wonderful, and knowledgeable staff!

Great sales! I purchased a drill and driver. I was shown a much better sale that upgraded my items and saved me money.

I had a specific problem when hanging a picture in that I hit a metal heating vent on the right side of the picture. The staff helped me find a small, yet sturdy, enough toggle bolt to hang between the drywall and the vent. It worked!

I visited the Bethel Park HD store on 113/2015 to buy a lawnmower. Since there were several "leftover" mowers from the summer of 2015. I asked HD associate Douglass. I asked a variety of questions about the lawnmowers on display outside of the HD. Douglass thoroughly explained the "battery" operated lawnmower. He asked me what kind of yard, I intended to mow. He then answered as to why I should not buy it because of the limited battery charge. I then inquired about the other 2 on display. Douglass said that each had been returned and were missing parts. I asked, "If you were me, would you purchase either model?" He quickly answered, "No." Douglass suggested that I purchase a $399.00 Honda lawnmower. I asked. "Why?" He answered that, in his opinion it was the best for me. Douglass said that he believed that there was at least 1 remaining in the back room. He took my phone and said that he would find one and contact me. Douglass did so and I made the purchase. I did ask if I qualified for a discount because of the time of the year" Douglass answered, "No." I am okay with that. After I made the purchase, I asked to speak with a manager. A young, very courteous, man, named Will, appeared to listen to my comments. Obviously, I wanted to compliment Douglass to Will.

Overall pretty good store. Associates are scattered through the store but non of them will help you

Overall, the store is in good condition and well laid-out. For some reason, the driveways and parking are a little tight. Most concerning is the attitudes of some of the sales associates. While many of the associates are helpful, some of them (for some reason, my experience is that they all tend to be older males) are quite rude and condescending. For example, one associate was trying to give me bad advice about a part that I already knew was not the right fit for my faucet, and he seemed upset at me! And just the other day, I was insulted by a cashier just for putting my card in the reader the wrong way. There is a Lowes not too far from this store, I'd recommend you use that instead.

The store The price was fairwas well lit and clean. a service person was needed to locate shelving. The price was fair.

New employees every time you visit this store. Bathroom smell bad. small store . always one thing missing to finish a project.

Store is a bit smaller than many, giving staff a challenge at times. But they always come through. The floor folks are only outdone by the desk staff. Great people. That is why I will be back and will recommend this store highly.

I came into Home Depot for assistance with carpet installation and a new front door. Both associates were extremely helpful and I came out of the with samples and feeling confident using Home Depot for my projects.

had to return to get a refund for being over charged, very nice manger. had no problem getting my refund. thank you Jim.

This store has friendly and helpful associates and it is not so big that you have to walk a mile to find anything.

All store associates are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly...they could even tell you the exact location within the exact aisle as to where the item could be found. there are SO many varieties of items with great prices on mostly everything in the store. Overall, just an AWESOME place to shop!
