I had a great shopping experienced with Bethel Park Home Depot. Last week I went to buy kitchen faucet and few other stuffs. I just entered the store and the employee name Basel asked me if I need any help. He helped me to get all the stuff that I was looking for and even carry until Pay line. I wanted to say thank you to Basel for your time and dedications to helping customers like me.

Best know where things are before going to the store.

I live within a five minute walk to HD. I shop there frequently and have never walked out empty handed or felt that my shopping needs were not met. There is an associate in every aisle ready to help and I particularly like their check-out system and gardening center.

Had a picture of a washing machine we saw in another store , took a picture of it and went to this store to see if we could get the same price . Well the salesclerk said no the price changes every day , but our picture said the sale ended on Oct 14 th of this yr. ! I decided to go and speak to the manager who was at the store . His name was Johnathan Gribble was very nice to speak to! He said I don’t have a problem selling you the washer at that price !! Well that made was very happy . I would go back again to that store again ! Thanks for all your help !!!!

We had a wonderful time here at the Bethel Park location. Everything is COVID safe, the shelves were well stocked, (even the wood bay wasn’t super dusty), and the members of the staff were all willing to help. What truly made the visit great was the end at self-checkout, but we didn’t have to do a thing as Holly proceeded to scan every single item we had for us. I could’ve left my hands at home! She also got us approved for a credit card! We usually don’t apply for those, but she was super well-versed in the benefits of said card, a trait certainly looked over by most employees. Thank you so much for giving us the pleasure to share in her good vibes. We needed that today. :)

The store takes appropriate precautions during this time of concern with the pandemic but also is great with people such as myself that occasionally need to drop our masks due to history of COPD and the need to breath over rides keeping mask up.

Purchased A New Push Broom Here For My Car That I Found There and I liked Then. It Is An 18 Inch Push Broom...Green And Black That I Got There Then. I Like It Here And Keeping It In My Car To Ever Have To Use Here Then any where For Sweeping Up Near Parking Lot Areas here Then....Park Areas....Like Here Locally At South Park Then At The Basketball Court Here Then Or Baseball Ball Fields By Me Where We Live At Then Here Locally Then. Sweeping The Parking Lots Up Of All The Debris And Dust And Dirt That Gets On Them Here Creates More Parking Spaces Too as Well Here Then. They Need To Get In More Push Brooms Too At This Bethel Park Home Depot For Customers To Purchase...18 Inch Or 16 Inch Push Brooms And Possible West Mifflin, Pa Also here Then with not Many there too buy while there too as I have seen while there also then. I Also Got Some Silicone Spray We Needed For Spray Here For Our Garage Then Here Also Then Here To Use Then. Got A Coke While There Also As Purchased To Drink It Then In My Car while Going Home.

This is a smaller Home Depot I shop there because it is near to my home. I frequently find that they don't stock the items I'm searching for (which I understand because of the store's size.)

Judy was so helpful. We needed some blinds cut and she was very friendly and efficient. She even noticed that we picked 2 different styles and helped pick out the right one and saved us a some $$! Bertie at checkout was great too!

I will never shop here again. Home depot needs to have a serious thought around using outside contractors. Nothing was corrected or done right on my door order. Horrible customer service. Good luck finding someone in the company who will help.
