These clerks were amazing. My Acura remote battery needed to be replaced. They quickly found the size battery, replaced the old one, checked me out and I was in my way. They were great. I will look for them the next time I am in Home Depot.

Treated top shelf and am receiving my new clothes dryer much sooner than one would expect.

On my visit tonight I had a return and needed to buy a few things. Michael in the returns department was awesome. He handled an issue with an online return I had in a timely manner and also made an effort to get to know me as a person, which I truly appreciate. As I was looking for a few things in the store, a worker on the floor asked if I needed help and he promptly found what I needed and answered my questions. If you need anything, the employees here go above and beyond. I highly recommend this store!

We had a great experience at this Home Depot. Josh helped us every step of the way.. He was the best employee fast , efficient. He really knows his stuff ! Total satisfaction ! Hopefully, my Samsong gas range will be as good. Fingers crossed. :)

I needed help purchasing the correct lamp, shade and bulb! All 3 products were amazing! I also purchased and 7.6 X 9.6 rug and it was wonderful. The store was able to fit my needs very well.

We recently moved to the area and had some home improvements on our wish list. We installed a new countertop in the kitchen, flooring in the kitchen, window treatments and appliances. Everyone on the design team was great!

My wife and I bought a grill a little over a week ago. There was a salesman there by the name of Loius who greatly assisted us. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand what we were looking for. He greatly assisted us, and we ended up feeling great about the ourchase.

When I purchased a microwave oven today. I was quickly greeted by Joshua Kreutzer and was very happy to have a good experience shopping at your location. This young man definitely knew his products and how to tailor make his conversations to make everyone feel good about their shopping experience. I would like to sincerely thank him for his honesty . A message to the upper echelon of your company. When I purchase anything at your business… I don’t see you. The employees here are lazy. No one greets any customers anymore like they used to. There’s this one employee, I didn’t catch her name she has long dark brunette hair she always looks annoyed and grumpy every time I go there and if you ask her where something is. She looks annoyed as if you bothered her. Also there was no employees greeting any customers today. I walked in to get some critter ridder for a ground hog that’s been living in my yard and I was trying to find the critter ridder and I asked and the employee that showed me literally pointed down the aisle that it was in instead of showing me where the item was. I had to walk down the aisle twice before I finally found what I was looking for and this was because 5 employees that I was around were too busy playing with someone’s dog instead of helping customers that are in need of help. There really shouldn’t be dogs in the store even though it’s a pet friendly place but there are people that have severe animal allergies that can’t be near dogs or cats. Only service dogs should be allowed in the store. They distract the employees from doing their actual jobs.

Excited about my purchase and all the help I had to get it!

I stopped at the Bethel Park PA store at 7:00 a.m. to buy mulch. As soon as I entered the store a sales associate entered the codes into the register helping me buy the mulch at the self checkout. I made my purchase in 5 minutes. The fellow loading the mulch into the car was efficient and personable and I offered him a tip which he refused. What an impression of the customer service experience at this store!

I was treated with respect, patience, and friendliness but no one was pushy. Ben listened while I explained what I needed. He was also able to give me options. I was looking for a pot for my plants and wasn't sure if the store had what I wanted, but Ben did point out that their outdoor garden area also had pots. This is where I found what I needed.

I needed indoor/outdoor carpet. They had the color I wanted at a reasonable price. The girl who helped me including cutting the carpet were knowledgeable and helpful. i would definitely shop there again.

Store Manager filled in to help load a big box when his employees were tied up with other customers. I appreciated him doing this to get me on my way. The cabinet I bought was a name brand product and priced competitively.

Emily at checkout helped me with everything, was very friendly, funny and a joy.

Close the store Too small. Inventory always weak.

Throughout the store items products were sufficiently stocked. Found EVERYTHING I was looking for including a refrigerator!

Many employees walked past me and never asked if i needed any help or if i had questions. The employees did not even say hello from the time i entered the store, until i left which was 20 mins and in several different aisles

VERY BUSY STORE OVER THE WEEKEND. I TS CLEAN, WELL ORGANIZED AND VERY BUSY. THERE IS A LARGE AREA IN THE PARKING LOT THAT THEY USE FOR SELLING PLANTS AND FLOWERS. .

We had a great experience purchasing our new dishwasher. Our salesperson, Judy, was very kind and knowledgeable. She patiently answered all of our questions. The store was clean, and overall it was a very positive experience.

This store should be the training center on Customer Service. Kudos to all employees

I've shopped a the Bethel Park HD for years and find that the employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The store is well stocked and clean, the paint department folks are super, and I just recently had a super experience having window blinds cut to size. Needed advice on installation and got it. The blinds look great! Would highly recommend this location.

The store is conveniently located to south hills village, the Giant Eagle Market District, and many popular restaurants. The selection of products is excellent, and the prices are competitive. Store employees have always been very friendly and helpful in my experience. As a contractor, I spend a significant amount of time in this particular store and have never had a bad experience.

Customer service is amazing, but the parking lot is terrible.
