The folks in the garden center were helpful and friendly. They has a great group of guys that loaded us with mulch and soil.

Store was playing Mexican Music on Memorial Day weekend. Thought that was very insensitive to American Shoppers Maybe on Cinco de Mayo the store should play the Star Spangle Banner. I'll bet that would not last long.

Bethel park HD consistently delivers better customer service. I occasionally visit different stores if I'm not in the area and they just can't compete with the friendly, helpful crew at Bethel! They are worth the trip

I am new to the neighborhood and need a few things to fix my home. I tell the employees what I am trying to fix and the help me find what I need. Not just point where I can find what I am looking for.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. Even more so than other Home Depot stores I have been to. Bethany,the cashier, and Andy, the outdoor helper, were both great. I am always impressed by your staff and these two were no exception. This was the third time I had been to the Bethel Park store in two days and everyone was very kind and helpful.

Holly was the girl that helped me the following day I went back to Home Depot on January 12, 2020. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.

The employees at the Bethel Park, PA Home Depot location have a "can do" attitude and excellent customer service skills. Don't get me wrong, I have never had any problems with any other Home Depot locations but this location is the best! I purchased several border fences for my yard and was overcharged $7 for an extra fence. Not a big deal. I contacted the store and spoke with an associate by the name of TAYSIA. Since I made the purchase with my credit card she was able to credit my card immediately. She was very apologetic, efficient and professional. Just great employees, can't say enough about them.

Don Klanchar in the carpet department is the best. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great guy!!! Will answer all your questions.

Just think that those answering Phones need to have answers or willing to put us on hold and finding the answer. Ryan, Anthony and Harriet really made my day and I think that is all anyone making home improvements wants. To find the product that makes their house a home.
