This store does not carry as many items as other Home Depot stores. Reason I shop here is because of its proximity. More times than not I have to travel eight miles more to another Home Depot store.

Great Store Great Employees !

most of the employees are very good but TWO ARE AWESOME. Older gentleman in a wheel chair AND a guy with reddish hair in a short pony tail are very knowledgeable and very polite. I seek them out if I am working on a project and need advice. Both are super and never push product.

This is a wonderful place to shop. Employees are so helpful and kind. So appreciated.

This is a smaller store than some, but still has a lot. It's very convenient for me and they often have what I need. I typically start here when I have a project.

I went to get a new stove. I spoke with June she helped me pick the stove that filled my needs without breaking my budget.

When purchasing items, such as especially in your kitchen or laundry area, we never feel pressured by a salesclerk. I had my heart set on a special dishwasher I'd seen advertised. When our salesclerk spoke to me about the various dishwashers available in our price range, She was quite knowledgeable about all of them, but pointed out reasons I would not be happy with one or the other. Being schooled on the benefits of different ones, we arrived at a happy decision. I appreciate the kindness of the employees .

This store is smaller but well-stocked.

I met Judy in the appliance dept. work with the other day to help purchase a dishwasher. This girl rocks, she know her stuff. Took the time with me to go over my options with different brands and price ranges. Do yourself a favor and ask for her.

I've always been happy with this store, although a smaller Home Depot. I've found most of the products that I'm looking for, especially when an emergency at home happens. The store is mostly well stocked and employees/associates ask questions to help with making decisions on your purchase.

This store has a floor plan unlike most other Home Depot stores which makes finding things a little less easy and the familiar signage will be your only worthwhile help. I don't know what the underlying issues are, but the staff here is curt and couldn't care less about your time. The aisles are littered cardboard marketing displays to the point that 2 carts can't pass. This is not the place you want to spend your dollars. Pick a different HomeDepot.

Found all items I was looking for. Folks from painting department were very helpful and helped me to find what I was looking for and gave me a free brochure with all colors available on the painting I was looking for. When I came to pay cashier insisted to scan and scanned a free sample painting color brochure I got with folks from the painting department. My word to her to say that brochure was free was not worthful. Cashier should receive better training.

Great employees, very helpful......I have used Home Depot many times for various products and installation.

Small store, you can get what you need though.

Associate by the name of Dakota is very helpful & knowledgeable. He has gone out of his way to provide assistance several times when I've been in the store. He has a great personality & always makes sure I leave the store with the items I need to do a job.

Convenient location, pleasant employees. This is not one of the bigger stores and does not carry all your products, but for my needs, it is great.

I had a great experience at this store with multiple employees. I used the Kitchen design center and worked with Sally. She was knowledgeable about the product and patient with the design. I will definitely be using this store again.

I came to purchase 2 landscape logs, the young gentleman helped me right away, picked 2 out for me, took me to the checkout, and then loaded them in my SUV. He was very nice and helpful ! I am coming back in the next few days for flowers. I would have bought them then, but my puppy was in the car. Thank you for having such a nice store !

The employees at this store are courteous and helpful. This store is smaller than most other locations but a nice place to shop. My only complaint is about the garden section. In an effort to stock more items they have made it very difficult to get around. On a recent visit I was unable to get to one complete section of the store as the aisles were blocked off with racks of plants. If not for this I would have given this store a 5 ratting.

No problems with returns. Keep your receipt it really helps!! If you explain your problem consiesly you will get all the help you need.

The Bethel Park store is very small compared to any other Home Depot I have shopped in, and the stocking quantities are limited for this reason. It is greatly compensated for by the helpfulness, kindness and courtesy of the employees. They are willing to check other stores or order anything they don't have in stock and give you a date for pickup at the BP store. A "store stretcher" judiciously applied to mildly enlarge the store would help to alleviate this situation. However one is not currently available according to the employees I talked to. The computer program used to answer questionaire and this store review could use some improvement!

store seemed cramped and not as open as the normal store I visit. they did have everything I was looking for though and employees were knowledgeable and very helpful.

This is my favorite Home Depot! Every time I have gone to the Bethel Park Home Depot they always have what I am looking for they are well stocked they have never been out of stock on the things I need. The employee's are exceptionally friendly and helpful. This is big store but I can always find someone who willing to help me even if what I want is not in their section . Check out is fast and friendly.

Service at this store does not exist. If you have any question about the lack of service it goes to the problem (store manager)

Cashier Carol made my return and purchase a pleasure, also recommended a much better duck tape for my project. (Gorilla tape) Much more expensive, but worth every penny, it's only duck tape I'll ever buy. Thank you Carol for you kindness and help. Your an asset to the Home Depot Team.

Clean and cheery store and employees. Although it's on the small side - they have almost all your needs in a pinch.
