Jeremy helped us in the Paint Department and we're so happy we met him and had his expertise available to help us understand the what, where, why of paint application, paint quality and process of paint jobs! We'll definitely go to him first every time

On my last two trips to Home Depot, I actually got personal shoppers to help me find and pick out the best products for me! WOW! Talk about easy, fast and feeling confident about my purchases.

This store is full of employees that are willing to help. I would recommend it just based on that fact. Plus they are the closest store you will find if you are working in North Seattle!

I will absolutely continue shopping at this Home Depot. They helped me find exactly what I needed and were super kind to my dog that I brought.

On numerous visits, I have always found staff consistently helpful, knowledgeable, willing to take the time to help me find what I'm looking for, or explain how things work, or help with checking out or making returns. They are super, and make this store my first destination for home improvement materials.

I find the employees are often knowledgable former contractors. If I present a problem to them, they often make suggestions that might help me, and save me mistakes. That means everything to a homeowner of a century-old home!

Help is often hard to find. Your employees usually seem quite busy so it's often a challenge to find an employee to assist me.

I needed some pieces of metal of a certain length and with holes drilled at specific intervals. None of the mending plates on sale fit my needs, so Ben the Hardware Associate got a hacksaw and a drill and cut/drilled a bar of metal into what I needed. Thanks again, Ben!

Out of the many Home Depot's I have been to, the staff at Bitterlake truly stand apart. They are friendly, knowledgeable and work as a team. Excited to be going back.

its amazing how consistent the front end is at this home depot location, but it's consistently horrible. they have trouble hiring cashiers so there are never enough to handle the volume of customers, and the ones they do have know they can't get fired and work extremely slowly.

I love shopping with you. I got all my remodel appliances either by ordering online and picking up, or being delivered. I just got my new riding mower with free delivery. It arrived on time.

This store offers self checkout. I wasn't once bothered by a store employee while shopping.

I had very good experience with the employees at Pro Desk several times. Specially CLARISSA is awesome.

I had a complicated order cancel. The Returns associate handled it very well - patient, thorough - she knew exactly what to do. She clearly explained what the next steps were and it got resolved. Well done!

I went to this store to look for some screen doors, moldings and some towel racks for our bathroom. I had ordered some blinds for our house awhile ago and was wondering about the status of our order. I approached the counter and spoke to Samantha and she was helpful and friendly but was perplexed to find out that the blinds were already delivered and ready to go and why we have not heard from the installer - so she gave me the information to call with the PO #. That was good. However, when I was going to look at something else, I saw Jose Cruz who did the paperwork and ordered the blinds for us. I told him what transpired at the counter and he made sure that we will hear from the installer by making a note on the computer for a follow up. That was re-assuring to know that someone is willing to help out and understand our concerned as a customer. He also assisted me in the molding section, explained the type of moldings and price difference. He was really nice, friendly and what a great guy. Thank you for your help and assistance Jose!
