Everyone is always helpful and they always have a great plant selection

I bought a new can of the same white paint I always use in my home. Instead of buying a full gallon, I purchased the smaller size to use for touch up’s. When I got home and used it, it was clearly the wrong color (showing up more purple rather than white). For some reason these paint cans are marked “non-refundable”. I went back to Home Depot to get the can professionally shaken to see if maybe it just wasn’t mixed properly. Didn’t work, still purple. I finally went back and purchased a new can — this one the correct color! Not sure what happened with the original can I bought, but pretty annoyed it’s non-refundable even though it’s clearly the wrong color.

She is above and beyond! The best experience ever!

A gentleman in Flooring (Hamud) took extra time at the end of his shift to process my order for a lot of new flooring. Before that, he walked me through the features of several options I was considering, patiently answered questions and made sure I got the full benefit of a discount for signing up for a Depot credit card.

Murphy at the Pro Desk is always such great help. Friendly, informative and overall great!

I go out of my way to come to this store. There is nothing that makes me feel more valued as a customer than someone who stops to check in and ensure I’ll finding what I came for.

I'm working on a garden project building a retaining wall and will then add plants prior to moving to another garden project.

I will stay away from Home Depot bitter lake, cause cashier Phoebe and others acts so aggressively , when you return something to HD!

Llani at your Bitter Lake, Seattle, Washington store #4706 was extremely helpful when I called to order a clothes dryer. She took my call and helped me to fulfill my order while being very courteous and thorough. She was very efficient and valued my time from a customer standpoint. I will continue to do business at that store because of this great customer experience. The clothes dryer will be delivered this Saturday. Great job Llani and thank you!

The store was busy and there were lines at the checkout counters. AND there were more than enough staff to assist me - and they all did ask.

Hadn't been here for awhile and ended up going here twice in the same day. Each time the employees were helpful and inquired if I needed help with anything. Kind of not use to this, employees were fast and efficient and made my visit enjoyable.

Lynn, who has worked at the Bitterlake store for 21 years and works the contractor’s checkout is the best employee in the store. She’s knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

The Bitter Lake Home Depot has well stocked shelves and some products I can't find other places. There are people around to help you whatever the problem.

I had many questions for more then one project. Most staff where either very helpful or helped me to to where I needed to go.

I'm always impressed when a store has associates that are actually visible and available. Every section that I had to find products in, if I turned to the left or right an associate was within view. I can't tell you how much time it saves to get what you need and get on to your project. Thanks Home Depot
