It seems that Home Depot has completely turned around their reputation for having not-very available floor employees with not-so-much expertise. At least at the Milwaukee store in Boise, I have had accessible expert help the last 4 trips since moving to Boise. As a single female homeowner, it is of great importance to me to get good advice and assistance. Kudos to either corporate for this change of direction or the local Milwaukee store for these significant improvements. Someone should get a nice bonus!

employee went out of her way to help. I really appreciated that she took the time to call other stores for a sale item they only had one of and i needed more.

i went to this store today and needed something specific for an issue but not quite sure what it was going to be. I was greeted right away by Karen who asked me if i needed assistance, i told her yes and she called someone. Craig then helped me, knew just what i needed, gathered it up for me and i was on my way. Fast and easy and everything worked when i got it home and i no longer have an issue! thanks you guys, you're awesome!

This store has friendly employees, great selection of succulents, and is clean. If you get lost finding something, anyone is willing to help you.

I like this home depot because it is so handy to get to as I shop other stores along Milwaukee in Boise. Always helped by knowledgeable staff, even if they are doing something else - stocking a shelf or checking something - they take the time to acknowledge my presence.

Store was very clean and associates were very knowledgeable. They helped me find everything I needed and cut my materials down exactly as I needed.

This store always has friendly staff willing to help - though sometimes they are stretched tight when it's really busy.

Manager would not honor a prominently undisplayed BOGO offer. Required reading very fine print and then the Buy One item was out of stock. Very poor business practice!

Thank you, Home Depot, for always helping us when we need to fix something around our home. They always have someone to help me when I walk in the door. They are better than any other home improvement store I've shopped at! Keep up the good work.

I always have a good shopping experience at this location. I've been a Home Depot shopper for many, many years and still rate it as my favorite store for home improvement and other shopping needs. Normally find the products I need in stock. Big plus Assistance is always knowledgeable or points me in the right direction. Store is clean and organized. Staff is always friendly.

It was a very pleasant experience shopping at this store. The customer service was excellent and the availability of goods on point. We will be back to shop at this location.

HOMEOWNER SUPPLY THIS STORE IS CLOSE TO MY HOME AND I SHOP THERE FREQUENTLY. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND THERE IS A LARGE STOCK SO I USUALLY CAN FIND WHAT I NEED EVEN IF I NEED ASSISTANCE LOCATING IT IN THE STORE.

They had a much larger selection of stock and also in stock items. One of the associates was extremely helpful, showed us how to operated the item we were looking at, took a new and boxed one to the counter, rang it, and thanked us for shopping at this store.

Go early...this store in the busiest part of Boise Idaho gets busy , so when I say go early , I mean 7: 00 am...they got it all but are running out of room..nice help when you can get them. Get hungry and eat in about 4 places in the parking lot, great place but go early on weekends

I love the all employees who greet me with a warm smile and ask me, "How may we help you today?" As I enter the front doors of the store each department takes the time to help me find the right products and tool for the job I am working on. I love coming to this particular store as employees treat me like, "Gold."
