Just amazed, from the time i walked in to the time i walked out! Armando was incredibly helpful in helping build what i needed built in a costly fashion!! I am forever grateful for him and his kindness.

Roberta and Kevin at the pro desk have been extremely helpful during a very challenging deck project. Highly recommend them both. I also want to thank them for being so patient and responsive during this very stressful time. Even staying late to ensure our order and delivery went smooth. When we had to return some wood planks due to them being damaged, they arranged the pick up of the damaged material and ensured we got the replacement material in time for the contractor to begin working. We have used HD in other home projects and Roberta and Kevin have raised the bar high with their customer service. Thank you!

I live in Broomfield for 50 years. I was at door/w my Dog at 6:00 am the day you OPEN!

I bought a Maytag Washer that was to be delivered on Friday, August 9. The delivery person called at 11:20 and said they'd be there in 20-30 minutes. At 12:00, I received a message from The Home Depot that my washer could not be delivered. I called and was told there was a conflict. The delivery people NEVER came to my home, they went to the wrong address. After numerous calls, my washer would NOT be delivered until Aug 12! All your people could say is sorry. No discount, no rebate, nothing for something that was not my fault.

Sarrah at Home Depot was amazing! She was incredibly helpful and kind, going out of her way to help me find the Halloween product I needed. Her excellent service made my day, and I’m absolutely thrilled. Thank you, Sarrah!

I bought a light from Home Depot when I went to put it in it wasn't working I tested it and it was a faulty wire or switch for the light when I went to return it they would not give me the full price I paid for it even though I was getting another one of more pricey than that one

I would really like to see the people at the pride so step up more. I have tried using using them four time in the recent past and they were little to no help. They couldn’t help me with a window, failed to call me after checking on an order and couldn’t order the materials I needed after being told by a corporate representative that they could get what I ordered. So far they have been of no use to me as a contractor.

This store is poorly staffed, poorly trained, and the General Store Manage would not response to a very difficult and dangerous situation.

Walked in and got helped immediately, friendly employees throughout the store!
