I found everyone I came into contact with at this store was friendly offering to help, and they all did it with a smile on their face, very nice experience brightened my day.

The store was well cared for, the manpower was willing to help and the cashier was friendky and informative.

The Associates are readily helpful with the required knowledge.

Assistance in Garden Center well after the gates had closed to mulch/sod/soil. Employees had other duties to unload pallets of delivered garden items but instead directed attention to customers needing soils and mulch from stacked pallets outside in the locked fenced area.

My order was not ready for pick up. It took guys longer than expected to get my order ready.

Each time I've needed advise/guidance they have helped me greatly

You don't get the help here at this store. You have to look for yourself.

My husband and I are regulars in home improvement stores. In the last year we have seen the customer service at this location take a nose dive. Sunday we witnessed multiple customers being told to go to the service desk to find what they needed in the store. We also saw employees standing around and chatting. Normally I would not put in a bad review but witnessing their poor service again it finally hit a nerve. Earlier this year we purchased a microwave from this store. When we got it home we found that it had been opened and was missing parts. We brought it back within 2 hours of purchasing and the appliance department person basically accused us of switching the merchandise out. She was incredibly rude and made an embarrassing scene. We had to ask for the manager who later did give us our refund and she was understanding, but the embarrassment was done. We' had stayed out of Home Depot since. However, years ago my husband worked for the company in Colorado, so he convinced me to give the store another shot yesterday. However, he was so ashamed by the service we saw that he is now fine with us going to Lowes.

Was able to get the assistance I needed which took less time. I am always in a rush and getting the help when needed is always appreciated

clerk was fairly quick in asking me how they could help me. came with me to find what I needed.

Every one was very helpful the store was clean thing were easy to find and the cashier was very helpful

We went in for a closet organizer project. An associate quickly helped us find and access an accessory that wasn't on display. No problems.

I was very satisfied with my visit at this particular Home Depot. I needed a few things for my condo and wasn't sure where all of the items were located. I was greeted with smiles and had 3 employees come up to me during this trip. They each asked if I needed help with anything and was I finding everything I needed. Even the cashier was great. Will definitely be back!

Was coming in for paint products for a home project and sales associates were very knowledgeable in products helping me save money. I was about to get a grade of paint not necessary for what I was doing and they helped point me in the right direction even helped loading my materials into the truck. Very satisfied and will be going back

On this visit I was looking for one simple item, I didn't know where to look, I asked an associate who directed me to where I needed to go to find my item. What I needed was exactly where they said it was, I found it and was able to quickly check out my purchase and was on my way.

Rick in the Paint Department treats each customer as his #1 priority. He gets to the bottom of finding solutions to questions and products. How does he handle several customers at a time (?)… He does it with calm friendly smiles, and efficient organized top customer service skills. Go see Rick, and enjoy the way he makes your day better.

This store is always clean and easy to navigate. When going there often, I find what I need and in stock. The folks there are always helpful. I do a lot of home electrical work, the gentleman there, Craig, is always helpful when I am there and always willing to answer my questions. I do lots of work with PVC as well, mainly for DIY fishing projects, so the plumber there is always willing to help. I cannot remember his name at the moment.

We went in for a grout stain/ sealant pen, which is a newer item. Store signage led us easily to the flooring area. An associate was right there to point out the item. I had gone online to view the item before the visit and was pleased all the info checked out.

Highly recommend this store in New Tampa. The employees are SO knowledgeable and friendly, and they are AROUND, which I can't say about the competition stores. Jeff, the cashier, is unbeatable with his friendliness and willingness to help to your car.
