This store is amazing

Every aisle I turned on or walked down, I passed a smiling, friendly associate who asked me if they could be of service. Although I thought I was in the right section, they pointed me to the exact aisles where I required a product! I didn't have to go and look for help, I just had to state what I was looking for. This is how a Business should run Kudos to all the Managers and Associates!

Asked 3 males if I bought a Swiffer would they put it together. All 3 made up an excuse not to help a senior citizen. Even customer service employee told me to go back and ask the Clerk who sent me to him. Disgraceful. Lamar at the register said Yes! After I paid for the item it took Lamar less than 5 minutes! He is an asset to the store and should be commended for going the extra mile for a CUSTOMER who just happened to be a senior citizen.

Do you need help with door locks? Meg. Do you need help with screws? Meg. Do you need help with fixing or finding anything? Meg. She’s the best. Protect her at all costs!

The cashiers were great with a big smile on the face greet you when you come in say thank you when you’re leaving out one of my favorites was lataunga always smiling and happy

We had the good fortune of working with Charmaine in the cabinetry department. She helped us design a bathroom vanity. Our experience was so positive that we decided to have her work with us to design a new kitchen. She is a knowledgeable and experienced designer. She is very responsive and reliable and strived to help us make the very best decisions, sensitive to our needs and our budget. She was extremely kind and very patient; never pressuring us to make a purchase. We have recommended her and Home Depot to many people already.

Curtis, the manager, greeted me upon entering the store. What a nice gesture! Sonia and Moria at the service desk were 10/10. Sonia was super helpful on the phone and they were both kind, willing, helpful, patient, professional, understanding and efficient with my transaction. It was a very refreshing experience with my return and my purchase, and well worth the extra time it took to avoid the location closest to me. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon and look forward to another fantastic experience!

They had some great cashiers great customer service. Great see you when you walk in the door and say thanks have nice day this one cashier to help me. Her name was Lataunga Honeycutt. She was a very sweet, bright and happy young lady. She actually made my day. It feels good to have people like that around and welcoming you somewhere who is smiles on your face the whole time.

At the Home Depot on Sidney Marcus this morning, I had a great experience with all the employees I encountered. I received this same quality service about a week ago as well. I really appreciate the effort Home Depot has made over the years to be a more welcoming and friendly environment for the general public and folks who dread having to shop for home fix-it stuff!

Had a very frustrating experience today at the location attempting to purchase items in the Ryobi deal going on. Just wanted to leave a review for employee Rod that helped me at the self checkout when two other employees couldn’t/walked away. He was super helpful and very pleasant. Honestly he kept me from just walking out. Great employee and an asset to your staff!

I went in to buy a product that I needed to see and touch. The staff was prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful. I will be back!

Kenchelle was so helpful and creative in helping us solve a problem we had. She showed intelligence and professionalism in helping us and we would recommend this store to others for this reason.

Nino (in flooring) was extremely patient with the multiple cuts our project required. His thoroughness cut down our work substantially. Although this was no big ticket item, he treated it and our project as if it were. These few items finish off a very intricate gift for a grieving friend. Nino's help brightened her day immeasurably. So, thank you!!!

I shopped at the Garden Center this past Saturday. The supply of plants was great and the employees were super helpful.

I bought a new Rheem water heater recently and made the purchase on line for the Buckhead store. I spoke with the Sales Rep. at the Pro Desk and she was great! She answered some questions for me and then took my order as I told her I was having a general contractor come by to pick up the water heater. She was very customer oriented and very nice over the phone. I bought a 50 gal. Rheem water heater and it is doing a great job for me!

sales person in Paint was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Self check out was a breeze.

Our in-store visits are good enough. Calling can be frustrating with long hold times or being disconnected. However, our Pro Rep, Pam Burke is exceptional and we absolutely notice when she's away. Pam goes above and beyond. We appreciate her efforts of great customer service, efficiency and effectiveness.

Visited the store for paint and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and personality of the gentleman at the counter and Gita, our "self-checkout" cashier. We chose this location because of it's proximity to our previous errand and I am glad we did. Thanks for your kindness!
