Everyone at this store has little or no knowledge about anything. You ask someone a question and it's i don't know or it's not my department.

I had a wonderful experience in the store shopping. The app needs to be updated on item locations in the store, but the staff were extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Its NOT good when it comes to online shopping and deliveries. It was a nightmare. When calling for help. The Home Depot 800 number needs to be easier for people to contact a REAL person in customer service. The automated service does not cover everything like they think. This is a big problem for people with disabilities or the elderly. They cant keep pressing 1 for this and 3 for that non-stop and getting led in circles. It needs to be easier to contact a representative.

While browsing for Christmas decorations an employee came to me and offered assistance. He was patient and very helpful. My main goal of this visit was only to get some ideas. He walked with me offering suggestions along the way. When I finally decided to make a purchase he went out of his way to get a cart so I could carry the items easily. I’ve been a customer for nearly 30 years and this was a first for me.

Tile grout stock was low, very few colors available. Also, there were no MR16 halogen bulbs in stock.

Do not order anything online and expect it to arrive on time. Horrible online experience

I recently remodeled my home, and I used Home Depot design services and installation partners to replace my kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Their installation partners left much to be desired. Throughout the course of several stressful months, I lived in fear of my numerous installation appointments, as they often resulted in damaged goods, mistakes, and new setbacks. It was not clear if I was dealing with subcontractors two layers removed from Home Depot or with their partners' employees. One of their partners was not only sloppy, but even engaged in deceptive and untrustworthy behavior. As such, it was impossible to feel confident about the quality of their services, as a positive experience was often followed by a setback. While management got me to the finish line after many escalations (I am frustrated about this but grateful for the help), they didn't seem particularly concerned about their partners' shortcomings and numerous mistakes. I will never again use Home Depot for my home improvement projects, and I will strongly caution friends and neighbors to take their business elsewhere.

Every time I go to this Home Depot the staff are very patient, helpful, and friendly. They are always busy, but never hesitate to stop stocking shelves or mixing paint or whatever to help customers who need it. The employees are diverse. Being a woman, it's great to see other women working there. The last time I was there, literally every person I spoke to had a smile on their face--the friendly staff and the happily satisfied customers. Also, the store is well laid out and organized. It's really easy to find what you're looking for. The same can't be said for all hardware stores. And they always have whatever I'm looking for in stock. If I see it online before I get to the store, the store has it. I cannot tell you how many times I've gone to other stores looking for something that's supposed to be in stock only to find it isn't. This is easily my favorite Home Depot.

They sold out of a light I loved. It’s still hanging up as a sample. But I can’t buy the sample. They have it listed as for sale on the website, but when I buy it there, the sale is canceled. Please stop showing me lights I cannot buy.

Took 6 hours to fill online order and it was still wrong gave me paint without the colors we paid for

Deliver service very lousy and frustrating

WARNING: Home Depot advertised a $400 appliance rebate for LG washer/dryer. The manufacturer denied the rebate because Home Depot doesn't even sell that model! What a scam. Shame on Home Depot.

I shop HD often. The Buckhead location is usually the best stocked. The staff is always friendly and helpful. But never pushy. Customer Service is fast and easy and the Cashiers are helpful.

Ellen Ceballos was very professional and kind and she acknowledged how long we were in the store! She was thorough and making sure we found everything we were looking for!

Awful shopping experience from dirty nasty parking lot that shows Home Depot no longer cares about customers. Good luck finding item or using an app that actually works.

I came here for a few items, I was met with cheerful positive employees, imagine that. Plumbing dept had a real knowledgeable guy by Nino. And looking for something my cell sucks. I ran into the manager a guy named Curtis, I am telling you, these people are off the chain with customer service. And the flower section, I love there flowers here.

I bought an echo trimmer and blower in 2023 and they work great, I was told about these by a store associate, I usually buy anything I need for home repairs front Home Depot, their prices are reasonable, and their staff is knowledgeable.

I received exceptional service via phone as well as my visit to the store. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. All products that I needed were in stock. I found that the store was very clean.

We have made purchases at several area Home Depots. The Buckhead store is BY FAR the best staffed location. Our salesperson, Catherine was a well trained professional! She assisted us with selecting the best refrigerator to meet our needs. Catherine made the difference in our having a most pleasant shopping experience in a timely manner. She was personable, knowledgeable, and the epitome of a great salesperson!

Purchased washer & dryer. Staff extremely knowledgeable about the products and care. Felt confident about my purchase.

Akeem in the hardware section of HD and Upendra (from India) made my plumbing repair easy and perfect. Upendra found exact under counter supply line needed for a fifty year old plumbing problem. He took time, explained why tge parts he recommended would be best and explained how to easily install. Bravo! It was like having my own private plumber! Amazing.
