I love Seymoum in applianaces

As a newer home owner it can sometimes feel a little intimidating to walk into a home improvement store and find ways to fix up your place. I don’t have too much knowledge when it comes to this space but I do love to fix things up myself. All the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Dexter. He shared with me what type of faucets, and shower heads were compatible with my bathroom and took the time to really explain to me how things worked and what it would take for me to install them myself. Thanks so much Dexter!

On my way to self check out and in my normal fashion, was greeted by miss Ericka telling me machine was down and she'll assist me next. Attitude was pleasant and beautiful personally. Definitely need more Ericka's around the city

This store, in addition to not offering carts for handicapped customers, they get offended when you ask about the electric carts.

Bought plumbing items and Derek was super helpful and made it a great experience in the store helping me obtain the tools needed to get the project done.

I have purchased twice this year from the appliance department in Home Depot and both times was assisted by sales person, Melody Euchman. She is outstanding! Everything you want from a sales person--friendly, highly knowledgeable, detail oriented and enthusiastic! She made it a pleasure!

This is the prime location I visit.

I requested a consult to have my laundry closet doors measured. Someone came out to measure them, confirmed that they were a custom size, then sent the measurements to the store to be placed on order. I confirmed the door style, paid in full, and waited 3 months for my doors to come in. The installer arrives finally and said that he had the wrong size. He measured them again and sent new measurements to the store. Unable to expedite my order (even though it was their mistake), I waited another 3 months for my new doors to come in. A different installer shows up and confirms that the doors were the wrong size AGAIN. Unsure how this happened, I called the store looking for a resolution, but just got placed on hold each time someone picked up. The installer took the second set of doors to the store, and the cashier calls me (with an attitude for some reason, since I’m the one that still doesn’t have doors), and said that I’ll be charged a 15% restocking fee. So here I am, with no resolution from the store, no doors, and I was charged for their mistakes. Unbelievable.

I had a Wonderful experience at the Buckhead store with Steve in the Mill Work Dept. He was friendly, knowledgeable and went over the top in customer service !! Thank You Steve ~~

My wife and I replaced all of our kitchen appliances. Melody Euchman walked us through the entire process and did an extraordinary job in doing so. Replacing existing appliances is more difficult than we realized because existing measurements (double oven, cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave) have a very important role in the overall expense. Melody has been doing this work for 30 or so years, and she has a tremendous amount of knowledge about what can go wrong and how to avoid problems. Her followup is beyond great. Her only downside is that she only works on Saturdays although her followup is not confined to only Saturdays once you become her customer. I am sure that there are other knowledgeable employees at the Buckhead store, but I can only speak about Melody and how good she is if you are replacing multiple appliances, in particular.

Bryan in Flooring was a huge help getting me the tile and supplies I needed for a bathroom. The check out ladies were very friendly and helpful and so were the guys who helped me load all that heavy tile and mortar.

We had hoped to buy and install some flooring and simplify things by ordering product and installation at the Buckhead Home Depot. We are now more than 6 weeks after ordering from their expert measuring (which we paid for) and our flooring is still not complete. Any attempt to call the store results in LONG HOLD and frequent shifting from one department to another. "Friendly associates" are not "efficient associates" and a clean store is not a clean transaction.

DIY projects can be frustrating but the team at this store eased the stress! A huge shoutout to Steven and Warren in Lumber for helping select the right pieces for the project and making sure all were perfectly cut. Kudos to Jackie at checkout too for being so helpful in sorting out the invoice and just being so friendly. I highly recommend this store.

I went to the Buckhead location to look at runners for my new apartment. James helped me and I chose a style. He shook his head when I pointed to how great the price was. He said, "mistakes happen sir, but this is not the correct price. You chose this because of the price?" I said yes. He shook his head as if he was losing money out of his own pocket but with respect. I didn't know. I just saw a deal on exactly what I came for. He was super chill and very polite. It wasn't until all 3 peice were cut and I was walking away with the paper with the price and length that he told me it was MUCH more expensive. It took a manager to over ride that large a discount but the cashier Ashley was just fabulous. Calm and professional just like James. Both knew this was sideways and not cool for the company but all involved felt it was the right thing to do. I'm not suggesting this is common and please don't shop for errors, but they all went above and beyond reasonable help and consideration. And while all of this happened, I was stopped or greeted by nearly 10 employees in less than half an hour. Who does that anymore? Everyone really seemed to care that I was even IN the store. I'm going back. You should too.

Great employees that go the extra mile. I encountered several dedicated workers (Tracy and Oris? stand out and were phenomenal). Took my challenging situation, showed care and exceptional knowledge and made it the best customer experience. Wish I could give more stars!

Best customer service I’ve had at any Home Depot location in the area.

No one there to assist even though I actively looked. A very poorly run operation. Essentially self service store. The young cashier was, hopefully friendly and helpful. Yet that was at the end after a very poor shopping experience

Appliances associates were very unhelpful and told me to come back another day or buy online even though 7 were showing in stock.

Showed my military ID and was thanked for my service, but did not receive a 10% discount. Returned to the store and requested a refund, but was told I would have to return all items as well. Very inconvenient. Also, the restrooms and adjoining aisle were closed and blocked off. Never seen that at a Home Depot. I'll go to another Home Depot outside Atlanta for future shopping.

This store has very friendly and helpful associates. The tool repair department is a great service, recommended by the manufacturer for my chainsaw. Associate @Marcus Allen went ABOVE and BEYOND to get my chainsaw fixed and follow up on the necessary parts that needed to be ordered.

I find this store to be right in the middle of the road.9/10 They carry a very good selection of products for all the major systems in your home and have a very friendly staff!!

Incredibly efficient store! About a mile farther than the midtown location from me, but so worth it! Curbside pickup was a BREEZE and Ashely is the best!!

Young man in lawn furniture was so helpful. Cashier Jessica was just the nicest associate encountered in many years. Inventory levels much better than most stores!

We went in to review custom shade options. Carol Holton was a pro! Though we had specific needs, she took the time to take us through 4 different binders of options to help us find exactly what we needed to fit our needs. Friendly, positive, knowledgeable and caring. Way to go Home Depot!
