My husband and I purchased a dishwasher today with the help of Jay Kohr in the appliance department. Jay was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. It truly felt as if we were purchasing from a small "ma & pop" shop based on the treatment we were given. Jay was so kind and helpful from start to finish, and we walked out of store feeling great about our purchase. We made the decision to go ahead and order the dishwasher with the current sale price, and there were only 30 mins left before store closing. Jay was absolutely happy to help us, regardless. We are in the process of updating our kitchen appliances, and we will be back in the near future to work with him, again.

They made getting my product possible. I can't thank them enough. Sue and Natalia are the best!!!!

I can confidently say that this is indeed a Home Depot location.

Garden Center was chocked full of plants of all kinds including plants for Easter holiday. Was able to complete my list & have time to plant all in same day. Thank you for being my "go to" store.

Staff is great, particularly Jay in appliances and Stephanie in kitchens.

Our Appliance Specialist Jay, was very knowledgable of the washers in the store and reassured us that the one we were consodering was a very good machine and that it was for sale an an excellent price.

We went in to look at parts or a new pressure washer since ours broke mid-project. Being out of state and planning on leaving shortly, we did not have the time to repair it. John L., though officially from another department, guided us through the store and assisted us in the purchase of a new pressure washer. He was fantastic—kind, concerned, helpful, and knowledgeable. Whatever he is getting paid, he should get a raise!

Jay Kohr did a great job in helping me make the right choice in the purchase of a microwave.

I recently went in to look for an inexpensive pot for my fern and had nice employees help me decide and point out the best options in store. Really nice people in garden!

He was attentive, charismatic, and helped us make an informed decision about our purchase. He went above and beyond and made us feel valued and cared for. The store is neat and organized and the employees are great, specially Jay!!! We’ll definitely be coming back because of the customer service received.

The store had a good selection. It can be confusing with all the choices. Having a knowledgeable sales rep, Jay Kohr, made it easy for us. We replaced a 23 year old washer and dryer. Obviously, a lot of new technology has evolved.

I just want to say that Brian W, Anders and Sandy in the garden department were very helpful on my last visit. It's not often you find such great customer service these days.

Purchasing paint here everything I needed was readily available

If they don’t have your product , they use their computer to find at another location and ship over to the their store for pickup at no charge. They go out of their way to satisfy your need.

Willy in the hardware section is thorough and knowledgeable. He will help you find exactly what you need. He went out of his way to help me piece together a makeshift tool and his expert assistance was above and beyond the call of duty.

We have been Home Depot customers for over 20 years. We love Home Depot and our new dishwasher!!

Willy is one heck of an employee! He greeted me right away and helped me make copies of my keys right away!!! He's very sweet and quick to help! I absolutely wouldn't mind seeing him again and getting more keys made! Very wonderful employee!

We needed a new washing machine and once we found Jay, our problems were over. He has consistently thru the years (10-12) matched us with the proper appliance. A couple of years ago we needed a new fridge and went to see Jay. He gave us just what we needed and we could not be happier.

On March 29 at approximately 2:30 pm my wife and I were shopping The Home Depot in Casselberry, FL. As we were in the paint department looking at the shopping cart of oops! paints I noticed your employee Jeffery watching us and as he proceeded to leave the paint mixer area where we were and pass by us, I noticed he was not going to speak so I said, “Hi, how are you ?” only then did he respond with “Hello.” He proceeded down the aisle and greeted a Caucasian customer and asked if she needed any help. After we picked out an oops paint and decided we would like the color darker, I carried the can down the aisle and approached Jeffrey to ask him to darken the color. To which he responded in a very rude, loud and abrupt manner, “Absolutely not. The oops! paints can’t be altered.”Then he turned around. I said thanks and walked away. The whole time he spoke to me he had an irritated manner and did not make eye contact. As my wife witnessed the whole incident and was shocked, she went to seek out management. I wanted to address the manner in which he spoke, so I sought out Jeff once more and headed back down the aisle. As I approached him I said, “Excuse me Jeffrey, I did not appreciate you being rude and abrupt when you spoke to me regarding the paint.” To which he answered again in the same hostile attitude as before…”I was not rude or abrupt.” Basically doubling down on his previous stance. As we got Assistant Manager Matt involved he spoke to Jeffrey and apparently Jeffrey continued to refuse to deal with us or help us with the paint. So Matt himself had to assist us. For Matt (Assistant Manager) to be willing to alter the oops paint even though he even admittedly didn’t know what he was doing makes me think Jeffrey REFUSED to service us and that would be insubordination. Grounds for terminating. We’ve shopped Home Depot for years ! What has happened ? Home Depot was once synonymous with customer service, but has become just another hardware store. In this day and age customer service is a rarity. I hope management will check in on Jeffrey and see if he appreciates serving his customers (of all races). Jeffrey is not doing The Home Depot any favors by wearing that orange apron ! As a shareholder, I am repulsed and appalled with my current experience at The Home Depot. I hope Jeffrey’s ignorance and lack of professionalism is addressed. Shameful!! Chris
