I wanted to finish by saying Bob was great to work with and made it so we could get a smaller upright freezer that we can use. There should be a warning on the larger freezers that they are hard to open. Not everyone can handle this unit. Bob worked hard to make sure Home Depot was represented in a extremely positive way.

I recently had a very good experience with Robert, who helped me find the batteries for Ryobi cordless leaf blowers. They were not near the leaf blowers in the store but quite a way distant in Hdwe. Robert walked my wife and me all the way to the batteries and made sure I could find the desired type. Very pleasant guy.

I first met Renee in the Paint Dept and she did a fabulous job helping me figure out what I needed. Sometimes I see in other parts of the store now but she always stops to check on my needs and has a kind word, she is a ray of sunshine to all she helps in the store!

my recent store visit was a 360 turnaround from several months ago. the employees were very helpful and didn't shy away from helping as before.

The products I need are often in stock, and the employees are friendly and helpful.

We went to pick up material to replace our shower grout, and the employee, Christian went out of his way to help us with everything we needed and gave us such great advice on how to do the job. Even walking with us to see about renting a tool to remove the grout. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!

I've been able to find everything I need for a home remodel at The Home Depot. The store is clean, and the employees are friendly.

I usually go to this HD and love the people here they are so friendly and helpful. I went in today for plant but ended up walking out with a carpet too. Christian was helpful and even helped get a brand new in the package item.

There is a cashier at this exact location named Angelica and she was amazing. I mean beautiful spirit, smiling, upbeat and super helpful. There was also a gentleman in the lighting area who was also amazing. I hate that I didn't get his name. Hoepdully he sees this and know who he is.

We bought a stacking washer/dryer combo. It hasn't been installed yet, but the process of purchasing it was quick and easy. I hope the installation will be also.

I have dealt with about 10 people in store, different departments different days. They all were outstanding

Home Depot’s top soil is dangerous. I found a nail that came out of the bag of top soil. This is the same area my kids play. I was trying to plant new seed.

Great shopping experience at the Castleton store. We arrived knowing that we wanted a GE refrigerator. After looking at the store inventory and considering the age of our other appliances, we decided to purchase the “GE bundle”. Such an affordable deal!!

The Castleton Home Depot is my favorite home improvement store because of the knowledgeable employees who take time to help me not only find products but consider solutions to my challengers.

The store is vast. Take your time, browse and experience the unlimited choices of brand names and costs of the particular item you need. This was my fantastic experience!! I was very very satisfied !!

I had been shopping for a new dishwasher. Having shopped other stores, this was the only store where I had a sales person approach me and answer the questions I had about the product I was considering. Ron and Justin were very helpful and made the purchase very easy.

The drive hook fell off the wall. I picked it up and stuck it back on. I did that the times with each time being a little more forceful. That thing wouldn't stay so I went over to Home Depot seeking a solution after watching a man fix one on Instagram. Motivated, I set afoot into the store and beckoned desperately for help. Christian came to the rescue. I got my fancy little plastic inserting thingies, went to pay and left my debit card. Ms. Cyndi was so nice and held my supplies and the water I'd need after screwing the thingies in the wall. Well I under estimated the size of the hole. I took a picture and went back to the store. I found Christian and he helped me find all my materials and was very kind. There was a little blonde lady as well that gave me pointers and the best pep talk I ever had in my life! She made me think I could tear the wall out and build it up again. THIS STORE HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, MORAL SUPPORT AND LAUGHS THAT YOU'LL EVER NEED.

I had purchased the first RYOBI Leaf Vacuum in November of 2022,, it failed around August 2024 and it was covered with warrenty. I took it to the Castleton Home Depot and they replaced the failed leaf vacuum, however, after 2 weeks the vacuum failed to work. I took it again to Castelton, and they referred me to the one on Corporate in Carmel

Employees were helpful and efficient. It was a great shopping experience.

Never will I return to this store again. The employees are incompetent and condescending. Someone needs to have a talk with them about what customer service actually means. They are grossly over staffed at the pro desk as well. They are always sitting down in their cell phones, not doing actual work.

Everytime I visit, I'm always greeted and asked if I need help. The times I do require assistance, a friendly and professional team member has always been more than helpful.

I went into the store looking for a self-propelled lawn mower that my 11 year old grandson could use to mow my lawn. We had two picked out. Told Christian how big property was that it was hilly and for an 11 year old boy. He took the time to read the two different ones and told us his opinion.

This Home Depot has excellent customer service. Especially Bob Mandich in appliances came to us as soon as we enter his section of the store asked if we needed help and them followed up with helpful tips when we said we were going to just check somethings out on our own. He let us do just that but would check in and followed up with remember "I'm right here if and when your ready." no pressure just helpful tips. We were grateful for his help

On the night of June 22, 2023, I entered Home Depot and received the best customer service I have ever had anywhere! When I had a question, I didn't have to look far. They came right over and asked me if I needed help instead of waiting for me to ask. Not one, but multiple people were helpful, friendly, kind, and informative.

Casey is a valuable member of the kitchen design department. During our initial phone conversation, she proved to be immensely helpful, addressing all of my inquiries with great care. Our second meeting focused on reviewing my selection of a quartz countertop and determining the ideal sink, faucet, REO system, and garbage disposal. Throughout the process, Casey exhibited remarkable patience and an extensive understanding of the subject matter. Her expertise left a lasting impression on me, and I would enthusiastically recommend her services to my family and friends who are considering kitchen renovations.
