They are very well stocked and maintained.

Bought almost $9,000 in appliances and was treated like trash when the delivery team arrived at my home was very rude. Disrespectful, lazy and did not want to do half of what they were supposed to do. I would never purchase anything of this magnitude from a home Depot again until they replaced their delivery team, which is a third party delivery team. Absolutely horrible individuals to work with on the delivery team. Please do not allow them to come into your home. They will disrespect you. Talk to you like you're nothing and do half of the work

Needed a key cut out for my home. The employee who addressed me at the front was so courteous pointing me in the right direction. The lady who cut the key was absolutely helpful and kind. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great experience.

I like shopping at the Castleton Home Depot. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Store clean w great lighting. A+++

Our experience was a wonderful because we had a fantastic salesperson that was incredibly knowledgeable Ron Downey. He was incredible. He should be rewarded. You need more people like that.

I bought a tool box and the handle broke. Per your policy i can exchange it for a new one. Justin an assistant manager would not honor the store policy and did not handle the situation in a professional manner. He was pompous and arrogant. He also wouldn't give me the name of the store manager.

The woman that was working at the Self-Checkout was very pushy and rude. She insisted on ringing up our items herself and when we came for the payment screen she tried to get us to apply for a credit card. We told her we were not interested and she became huffy and walked away. I am sick of being harassed to apply for a credit card every time I shop here. .

I came to the store and forgot my wallet and Angelica told me they were going to accept ApplePay soon. Until then, instead of needing to go home and return, she offered to pay for my items and I sent her money through Zelle. This was not necessary and was extremely helpful and welcomed!

While there are precious few of them, the staff at this store are eager to help you navigate the store and super personable. I purchased 18 things from one end of the store to the other. When a staff member saw my list, he took a pen to tell me where to find every item. I left with a completed list that I likely would have left incomplete out of frustration. Definitely my new big box store!

I needed a great deal of help in buying a garage door opener. Gretchen walked me through the entire process and gave me recommendations on what opener was best for me. I bought the opener. Insurance and installation. I shpped many stores. I purchase at Home Depot because of the great customer service from Gretchen. Aaa plus recommendation 👍

They help me with everything I needed. They were always there asking me if I needed anything they help me with my doors and they were very polite and anything I neither always there to help me. Thank you.

Kristian B was a great help while my mom and I tried to buy a grill. She was very friendly professional and even assembled our grill! This lady deserves a raise!!!! Because of our experience we will be back to shop!!! The store is lucky to have such a great employee!!!

I wanted to finish by saying Bob was great to work with and made it so we could get a smaller upright freezer that we can use. There should be a warning on the larger freezers that they are hard to open. Not everyone can handle this unit. Bob worked hard to make sure Home Depot was represented in a extremely positive way.

I recently had a very good experience with Robert, who helped me find the batteries for Ryobi cordless leaf blowers. They were not near the leaf blowers in the store but quite a way distant in Hdwe. Robert walked my wife and me all the way to the batteries and made sure I could find the desired type. Very pleasant guy.

I first met Renee in the Paint Dept and she did a fabulous job helping me figure out what I needed. Sometimes I see in other parts of the store now but she always stops to check on my needs and has a kind word, she is a ray of sunshine to all she helps in the store!

my recent store visit was a 360 turnaround from several months ago. the employees were very helpful and didn't shy away from helping as before.

The products I need are often in stock, and the employees are friendly and helpful.

We went to pick up material to replace our shower grout, and the employee, Christian went out of his way to help us with everything we needed and gave us such great advice on how to do the job. Even walking with us to see about renting a tool to remove the grout. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!
