I special ordered a glass shower door and this is what was delivered. I will install it next week and am hoping that all pieces are there. How is this even acceptable? Did I get someone else's return? I use this Home Depot all the time but this delivery was disappointing. If it wasn't 165 lbs, I would return it.

If you have a problem with Milwaukee batteries do not got to store 2018 they will most likely think you stole them and tell you your outta luck cause you couldn’t find your receipt and you bought more batteries anyways 12 year associate Robert terrible job on your part I’ll make sure I keep this one Robert

Ordered new carpeting for bedroom and closet and could not be any happier. We ordered Superiority II with a memory pad. We could not be more pleased with the carpet and Greygate color. The installation guys were amazing and did a superb job. Salesman was the best too, Jeff.

This store is full of patient and helpful employees! I like to take my puppy everywhere, so if I can buy something at Home Depot, that is where I go. The employees were so kind when my puppy picked up an orange flag and trotted down the aisle with it. She is always a very helpful puppy! I told them that she wanted a job and everyone was so kind to laugh at my corny joke! Love this store!

From the paint department to lighting to check out, Home Depot staff was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable

The whole experience was great. I’m talking with the appliance guy who explained everything very expertly, and in terms that a simple minded man can understand.

I look for two employees who are at your Castleton. Once I find them, they answer all my questions about what I need and how to proceed with my project properly.

Great product selection, horrible customer service! I do highly recommend Home Depot...But NOT the Castleton store.

I constantly receive requests to review my experience at several Home Depots that are nowhere near my house and where I have never shopped. I have asked my local Home Depot to correct this, called customer service and submitted requests through the survey function to have this looked at. Crickets. Nothing. They can't seem to figure out how to track down the culprit.

I was their on multiple occasions and their staff are extremely disinterested to offer help and their managers are even worse.

Have more than 1 location for the restrooms available to shoppers, perhaps one on each side of the store since it is so large and not everyone is that mobile to walk the width of the store.+

I went to Home Depot, 9320 Corporation Dr. in Indianapolis, in the morning on Sunday, 7/6/2025. I was searching rugs, and the flooring department was not busy. The whole time that I was there, no employee was around, not even at the department desk. I had to walk upfront to the customer service area for someone to summon help. Duncan, the employee who came to help, seemed unwilling and unenthusiastic. It was like he didn't want to be there and as if he was being bothered, especially after I had to call for help a second time to get an 8' x 10' rug lifted into my cart. Duncan needs to come off as more interested in help by greeting customers with a smile. That would be a start.

We had an outstanding visit last night and it was all because of the help Cathy provided us. She ensured we got everything we needed and explained the process. Kudos to Cathy. We appreciate the great service.

I had a very poor experience with an e m player at the check out. You can't choose a cashier because they don't have any. I am not trained nor paid to check out my own merchandise. I was treated with derision when I asked for help to pay for purchase. Too rude.

Mgr was extremely rude after waiting 20 min to talk to her she had been told multiple times I was waiting and as she stood 50 ft away from me she rudely said what do you want expecting me an upset car to yell across the store of my concern. On how I was told 1 week after I paid and signed a contract that I had to pay even more because of there mistake. She then rolled her eyes and started typing into the pc disregarded my complaint. I left even more upset that when I arrived and she could give 2 f’s. I won’t ever go to this depot again.

I bought a leaf blower and it was exactly as advertised

We purchased several flats and even in the store thought they should have been discounted. We got them home and it was broken stems and bad roots balls. Never buying again.

Always have a great experience when shopping at this location. Knowledgeable help, clean and easy to love around the store and a great selection of items. I wish they carried Govee lighting though.

Everyone friendly. I needed paint. Had a color in mind. Kyle helped me. Even the man at checkout took the time to acknowledge me. LOVE THIS STORE!

Staff was very helpful. Prices were reasonable.

We used Home Depot to remodel our master bathroom. We were told it would take 2 weeks maximum. The project was to begin in January 2024. We were not given a proper update until mid-February. Home Depot worked on our bathroom remodel off & on until June. The work was shoddy. The employees were unprofessional and not kind. The Home Depot customer service person promised to address our concerns post-project. When it was "completed" in June, Home Depot did *nothing* to work with us. We only shop at Home Depot for convenience and will NEVER recommend or use Home Depot for any kind service, consulting, or large purchase (ex. appliance). I wish there was a rating below Poor.

Listen this Home Depot store is one of my favorites. People are nice And always offer to help give you Knowledge! I spent 34 minutes on the phone with Home Depot’s customer support doing a price match And was pretty aggravated so I just went to the Castleton store in the Castleton store literally walked me through the process Within five minutes and I was on my way. Whoever I spoke to for doing a price match online should be fired, Very unfriendly and especially unhelpful!! The Castleton store is awesome! Highly recommend!! And the guy that is the store representative for Milwaukee Dudes awesome!

Special Order services in the past have been very good. Recently service and shipments have changed . The employees aren’t up to speed on have to navigate problem solving , as a manager had to be called twice to resolve an issue , which even then wasn’t fully resolved. ETA times from special are incorrect and were delayed more than a couple of days only to be incomplete. Credit from corporate customer service still hasn’t been issued.

Had a great shopping experience at this store. First, Kyle in the paint department helped me match a Behr paint I had purchased in the past. He was VERY efficient and patient with me. NEXT, I was greeted by a lovely lady named Pat at the checkout area. She helped me check out and was very pleasant. FINALLY, I want to mention that the store was clean and well-lit. I'm 74 and appreciate the help in getting my paint and checking out. PLUS the overall condition of the store -- the manager of this HD is doing a terrific job.

I bought big palm plants and they helped me wrap them to protect them from cold and not make a mess in my car- all were very willing and pleasant

Tried to return a Rheem water heater that was still under warranty, I had the original receipt and I talked to Rheem and got authorized to return the water heater. Took everything to Home Depot Castleton. They practically laughed in my face, all we can do is prorate it, that's our policy. They said, "Do you think we would replace that ?" All I wanted was an exchange. I called Rheem back again they said yes it should be a simple exchange. Home Depot was very rude and not helpful. I passed 6 workers no one said a word to me or made eye contact. Finally asked a worker in the plumbing department where a water heater pan was he pointed to me where to look that was all I got from him.

This store has what you need and the employees are great.
