The inventory may be a little limited compared to the compitition but the people are so helpful I'll always shop Home Depot first.

While shopping at Home Depot, our family needed assistance finding a product not out on the floor. An Associate, who was done with his shift came over to help get us answers as well as going ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we got what we came for. He restored our faith in outstanding Customer Service- both Dean and his Supervisor!

We went to Home Depot for paint for our home! The employees were really nice, but we did have to wait a bit for another employee to help us.

I drive an hour to get to the nearest HD, just to ALWAYS get the product I want , which are always on hand. Store associates are at your service as soon as you walk in the door! the store is always clean and organized. Associates WANT to help!

Today we were in your Chaska MN store and worked with Merelly at the Pro Desk. She helped us figure out everything we needed for our deck project. Merely was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She answered our questions, showed us different options and helped us make informed decisions. Merely stayed well past the end of her shift to help us get everything ordered and even helped us contact customer service regarding the credit limit on our Home Depot card. Merelly is an asset to your store and we hope to work with her again the future.

I was 4th in line and I watched the cashier in the garden shop treat everyone with positive engagement. Great experience.

We are senior citizens, we appreciate live help when we are shopping. Today we made purchases. Our checkout person (someone really helped us!). Matthew, a recent high school graduate helped us check out and sign up for a charge card. He was excellent, patient, explained everything to us. It was so nice to have "hands on"" help. He spent time with us, did not seem in a hurry to finish. How refreshing! This is the type of service we wish we could always receive, it reminds us of how the "Hardware Store" used to be.

We can never find an associate to help. When we do find help, associates are not knowledgeable about the products. We will now be shopping at the Eden Prairie location or Menards. We are currently doing a lot of construction at our home and we frequent this store often, however each time we visit it's a disappointing experience.

We have always had excellent service from the employees at the Chaska Home Deport. On a recent visit we made a rather complicated purchase and several employees went out of their way to provide truly outstanding, world-class customer service.

Ken and Russ in the Paint Department were very helpful with all of my questions.

More product availability and ease of locating, Associates usually easy to find, and typically are very helpful.

My son who is a vet ran out of paint for his new house. He works full time and goes to school full time. We had family there to help but he was at school and could not come buy the paint. I asked Annette if she could still give us the discount and she did! He and his family are on a very tight budget so every little bit helps. She did not have to do this. Annette thanks again. My son and his family also thank you. We will be back for more as the projects are many!!!!!

This store has a great staff. Everyone is always helpful. I always try to work with Denny or in the garden, Francie. I have been to many home depot stores and would not be hesitant to go to them. Chaska will still be my first choice. Keep up the good work home depot. Every new coupon brings me back.

I shop at this location at least once a week because I believe in shopping locally. The employees have always been helpful and have provided me with valuable information. I just rebuilt my deck and purchased all me Trex decking and hardware at this location and the ProDesk associate Larry was there every time I needed help placing additional orders for the decking. Another associate Barett Steenrod went 100% in finding the dryer I wanted and then made sure that it would be delivered to my canin in northern MN. He did a great job and this is the reason I'll continue to shop at this Home Depot.

I do enjoy shopping here. I just get a cart when I enter & start walking the aisles. Amazing how many things I find that I need & hadn't thought about.

I have probably bought items from every isle in this store. I think I've talked to every employee. This store is the perfect answer to all the needs every home owner will have sooner or later. In addition to a great inventory at reasonable prices with no funny 11% store only rebate they still give away free popcorn on weekends have an Easter egg hunt and have a "build a project with your children" day once a month. Could it get any better? NO.

Any building could have a great selection at fair prices with free parking, plenty of shopping carts and fast checkouts but this store is special because of the PEOPLE. Pick any employee, any time and ask for the location of any product and WHAM! You've got the correct answer. In the area of this Home Depot there are many grocery stores, gas stations, liquor stores and retail stores competing for the local dollars but no one has ever attempted to compete with The Chaska Home Depot. Somebody knows how to manage a successful business that sells products everyone will need regularly. Kudos to the store's management and all the employees.

I have used the store a number of times, but I do need to say that Francie is a gem. She is knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly. She remembers her customers and makes shopping there a joy.

I just moved to the area and first impression of the store was amazing the different flowers they had out front looked amazing and fresh!! I was helped by rich who new his plants and then I was loading my car and a nice man named Tyler helped finish loading me up without even asking awesome store awesome people!!!

I needed help twice and Francie helped me find something and helped me at the register, very nice, very good thanks

A nice greeting at the door always sets the tone for my shopping experience.. found an associate found the product... found some plants ...I'm out of there just like that everything was great...
