Everytime I visit this store I have a good experience with the sales associates as a general contractor providing materials for my projects great experience

The staff is awful. You can never find someone to help you. When you do, they either hit on you or are rude. I won't set foot in that store again.

Customers are an inconvenience. Available staff but not helpful at service desk

GREAT STORE IN GENERAL, EXCEPT THAT DURING WEEKDAYS, THERE ARE VERY FEW ASSOCIATES IN EACH SECTION OF STORE. I HATE TO LOOK FOR ASSOCIATES. THEY ARE FEW AND FAR BETWEEN.

Store was clean but had some things not put up in bins.

Store was Organized and being cleaned as I shopped. The Cleaning Crew which seemed to be a 3rd party even went out of there way to let me shop in the area that they were trying to clean. Checkout very easy! Great Visit..

Came into the store and at first found no one but not long after found a man named Robert who was most helpful with my blower machune and tthe weedeater, then I asked about a drill for my boyfriend and he showed me a few different oines but together we decided that the 18 power dewalt was the best..He (Robert) was very helpful and showed me good products and I enjoyed shopping... He made me feel as thoiughg I was important and after all we are the customers and I guess we are. Thank you Robert

Cashier had a terrible personality and never even smiled

I needed information on repairing a fiberglass shower. Associates helped with finding the right products and how to use them. Associate also suggested a solution that will probable prevent further problems. That was to reinforce the floor of the shower with another home depot filler product.

Case was very helpful with helping use cut the moulding and figuring out what we wanted!!!

The overall experience was O.K. , howerecer the associates that worked in the dept. they were in had no experience in that dept. they didn't know anything about the products they were selling. We had to have the manager look up the answers to our questions online, because he could not find an associate in the store that did. It was very frustrating, and added about 1 hour to our purchase.

Mr. Abbott was extremely helpful in asking questions and recommending type of paint needed for two different projects. I felt he really wanted to help and he was very thorough in his suggestions.

The store associates were very helpful and found me the lowest priced option for what I was looking for.

I was very satisfied with my shopping experience and with the assistance i needed to find the items i was looking for and price

I went to the Home Depot to purchase mulch and ended up buying flowers, the associate was so helpful and explained a lot to me. I admit I spent more than I expected to, but it was all worth it.

Associates adequately answered questions; had prepared for visit by checking website for specific information prior to visit, so knew what product we wanted.

I appreciate Stephanie and the girls at the desk professionalism. She felt horrible about my having no floor. She did all she could to make it right for me. I'm out money for labor and time..but she fixed everything that she could and showed concern! Thank you for your help! I will be back to purchase solid wood floor !

Had to go 4 aisles over to find an associate to help me. The cashier was not friendly at all. I do not believe he said 2 words to us

I recently relocated from central ohio, and had to build shelves and other organizers for my new home. The lumber associates were EXTREMELY helpfull, cutting my shelves for me, recommending hardware, etc. In every aisle I shopped, help and advice was available, and my projects were completed successfully and with less stress as a result.

I was able to get in and out without delay. the store is organized and clean and the products are well displayed.

I am always impressed with the customer service I receive at Home Depot! Sales team is always friendly and eager to help.

WHEN WE ASKED FOR A MILITARY DISCOUNT, WHICH WE WERE GIVEN, THEN MY HUSBAND WAS THANKED FOR HIS TIME OF SERVING OR COUNTRY BY THE EMPLOYEE'S, THAT MEANS A LOT, THE MANAGER BING WAS ALSO GREETING PEOPLE AS THEY SHOULD DO, BUT MOST OF ALL I GOT THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PURPLE PAINT AND I WILL GO THERE FROM NOW ON, GREAT JOB TEAM AT CLARKSVILLE !!!!

Associate in garden center used a new mobile check out device that made check out much more efficient. Highly recommend
