excellent experience.

Products were easy to find. Associates in flooring department offered NO assistance. Cashier at self check appeared to be having a bad day.

I drove 50 miles for a product not available at closer HD stores. This is my second visit for same product. The cashier saved the day for this visit rating. Cashiers were waiting at the end of their register aisle and multiple registers were open. Having multiple registers open isn't always common in HD stores so this was appreciated. Our cashier was friendly and attentive. On the other hand, the bagged concrete product area still needs attention. Damaged bags need to be removed, remaining stock needs to be moved forward for easy access. Carts were either outside or had store product on them. I had to go in search of a flat cart, ended up using one that had seen better days. Again, the checkout area was the highlight for this visit.

this store is convenient for me because i live within 1 mile of the store and i almost always fine what i'm looking for, either because i know what i want or store employees assist me . the store is well organized and easy to navigate. i go there sometimes just to get ideas about some project that i'm working on.

The store location is convenient for us, and the layout is practical, with a nice selection of products and good inventory. It's seldom that I can't find whatever it is that I'm looking for, and prices are a good value. Generally speaking, the staff is friendly and helpful. Home Depot is an important store for those of us who live in the Heights, and we appreciate their contribution to the community.

Helpful employees. Had all items in stock we needed. Great prices. One of the best local home improvement stores.

The Steelyard Commons, and Wilson Mills stores are much better.

The online quantity and the in-store quantity do not match. Do not expect a level of help that is in return to your dollar. Go to another home depot or big box store. Positive was that the lady at the register was efficient and helpful but not lumber or hardware.

Cleveland Heights #3818 has obviously tried hard to hire and keep employees who value customer service. This is really the only thing that separates Home Depot from competitors - so keep up the great work!

People are friendly when you can find them and the store has a wide selection of tools, hardware, and appliances.

Customer service is excellent. The store was clean. Questions were answered quickly and thoroughly.

Rude understocked store where the employees are having social hour rather than helping customers. Waited in line for ten minutes got to register and cashier said I'm closed. Went to next line 10 more minutes and new cashier was rude and scoffed when I paid with my commercial account card. Will never return to this store again

I just had a really pleasant experience at the Severance Home Depot! I went in to look for cellular shades and an employee asked if he could help me, he showed me choices, looked for them, they did not have them but he offered to order them on line for me. So we looked at several similar brands, compared styles and prices and I made a purchase. Very pleasant and efficient, thank you!

So BLESSED to have this store nearby otherwise we would have to go a distance. EnJOY shopping here based on the operations & employees here. Such a variety of quality items to obtain from here at Great prices.

The worst customer service of any Home Depot in the Cleveland area

I love Home Depot stores the problem at this store was you have no black blinds which I was looking for.

This HD has the worst front end team. They act like it is a big deal to ring you up. They have no manners and need to be replaced by people who like their job! Total attidue change needed!

I own a general contracting business and have to go to Home Depot everyday but I go out of my way to your other stores because your store cashier named Narkita is very nasty and rude and I will never shop here again.

The best positive is the convenient location. The customer experience is not so great. trash outside and inside. employee morale seems less than pleasant. I hear more complaints from employees than the actual customers. Yes, customers can hear their complaints! Come on guys, own up to some pride for the company appearance and some sense for this local community.

During my check out, I want to use my HOME DEPOT Reward Card(Debit, MasterCard). The cashier had no clue about this and asked some help from an another associate. She was rude and unable to help me. I ended up taking my card home and used my credit card. Home Depot should train there staff how to handle situation like this for better customer experience, rather than just send customers away. My general experience with this store staff were RUDE. I was in this store more than 10 times now, I never ask, whether I need help or not, when store associates passing by me.
