Incredible Store Associate
The store associate is incredible (her name is CiCi or maybe SiSi). She was in the appliances section as I wandered the store to find metal shears (I was way off course). With total confidence and accuracy, she took me exactly to where the metal shears were located in the tool section. I had misread the aisle and bin number for the product. The store was only open for another 5 minutes, and on an injured leg, she patiently walked me over. She has the store wired. She's awesome and Home Depot needs to take good care of her.       Front of store is junky
      There is so much merchandise piled up in the main aisle to the cashier you can barely push a cart through. It’s very annoying and crowded and disgusting and inconvenient.

              Kitchen cabinets
              I was in the home depot to buy/order kitchen cabinets. There was a guy sitting at the desk in the kitchen area so I started asking him questions. He was like I don't work this area and pointed to another desk where a guy was sitting then said go ask him. We walked over to the other guy sitting at the desk reading a book. I asked him if he could help me and he stated that he was on break. No further communication him as he shut it off and kept reading his book. We finally get two guys to help us. We asked if there was anyone there that could help us with the cabinet design. They said there is one person that does that and he told us when she worked. Said an appointment was not necessary. We come back on the said date and she was busy doing office work. We asked for her and was told that we will just have to wait because she was the only one that knew how to adjust the books. We asked for a manager for assistance. Finally she comes out and we sit down to start the design process. She then tells us that she is really new at the designing process and would not be able to give us the visual of the room we designed. I understand that people are new but this would have been great to know up front. So we made an appointment with a designer at another store across town. It was frustrating to have to come back three times just to have to drive to another store. Please train more people to help your customers.

                Cabinet Hinge
                I purchased one sample of the hinge pair to see how to mount it and determine the location of the mounting holes. This package did not have the template for locating the holes, and the dimension for determining this on your own do not exist, either on the instructions nor the manufactures web site. This is a major drawback to using this product.

                  Avoid Self checkout if this one is working
                  There is an older black female with extreme braids/extensions that trolls customers at self checkout, SHE iS A BULLY for no reason. You'll know her when you get close by, always shouting at people and rarely provides actual assistance. Employees avoid her for same reasons. What is wrong with store manager for allowing this continued abuse?

                    I needed a Ryobi battery that was behind a locked case. No one in the department was available to help, and when I used the QR system to call for help, no one came. (And they want you to check yourself out too!) I can never find enough support at this store.

                            I don’t know if I can call the store clean. If you know what you need and it isn’t something that needs questions answered, say a roll of tape. This is your store. Otherwise go somewhere else. You will have a difficult time finding an employee who knows the answer to any basic question.

                              Self Serve Propane Tank Exchange
                              Do NOT use the self service propane tank exchange. When I used it on Sept 2nd, it somehow created a duplicate Home Depot account for me and transferred my phone number, home address and purchase history from my existing account to the new account. A week later when buying something else, a clerk could not find my account using my phone number, so I lost my Military discount for that purchase. When I got home, it took about 25 minutes on the phone with Customer Service to determine what had happened, delete the new account and move my phone number and address back to my original account, but all of the purchase history that was moved to new account was lost. Do NOT use the self-service propane tank exchange - go inside and purchase a redemption code at the regular register.

                                          I went to this store with a list of seven items I had pre verified online that said they were in stock. Of the seven items only one was actually in stock. This is a frequent fault at this store

                                                Kind and Respectful Staff
                                                I bought blink cameras that originally looked to be out of stock - but only was able to purchase them because of Pamela D and other staff who took time to search through the TOP SHELF of electronics when they could have just told me they were out of stock. Would recommend to anyone who wants an easy, quick, and surprisingly enjoyable experience at Home Depot.

                                                        Key making tool is absolutely Terrible
                                                        I tried to make two keys. One worked. I returned the bad key and made another key. It didn't work. I made a 3rd key. It didn't work. I returned it and got my money back. I'll go someplace else. Each trip to HD takes 30 minutes. You wasted 2 hours of my time and frustrated me to no end.
