I really love having this store so close to my home. On every visit I find employees helpful to point me to the correct isle or department, suggest a specific product, or draw on expertise to match a product to my goal. I appreciate that years of trade experience often support their store experience and product knowledge.

We had a great experience in the garden and bought some things outside of the garden center and had sales associate help. We went back to the garden center, got signed up for the garden club and went home with some amazing flowers and planters!

I was really happy with the availability of associates that could help my husband and I navigate the store. Everyone was very helpful and didn't seem put off by us asking for help. It was also very great to be able to bring our puppy into the store. I didn't have to worry he would eat something dangerous because the store was so clean!

I generally prefer to ask associates for a general run down of options, rather than trying to read the labels to determine the differences in products, to save time. The associates were very helpful in explaining the types of fertilizers and grub worm control to use, since I just planted some sod.

I shop at various depending on product. I try to avoid dallas stores due to the charge for plastic bags.

I always try to use Home Depot instead of Lowes because the associates are professionals and not just sales associates. I needed help in 2 instances and, in both instances, the associates were very friendly and really knew their stuff! Thanks, Home Depot!

An associate met me on the aisle I was on and took me to the product I was looking for. The cashier was extremely courteous in taking care of a pricing issue on my purchase. I always get what I need at my Home Depot.

I was looking for some plants for my mother and knew nothing about them, however I was still able to find some useful plants with the help of the associates.

I was looking for BONA floor cleaner in bottle that fit on the mop I have. Didn't have that product so I bought large bottle and poured in bottle I already had.

I received great help and instructions from the paint department

I bought a well-publicized product in Sept 2014 to paint my deck. After one winter, the paint, which was guaranteed, started to peel off. I did not have the original receipt of purchase, but I took a copy of the credit card statement and a copy of the check which I paid the painter. I was assisted by Jacob Stein, a store manager, who took my word for the problem and looked up the paint purchase from last Sept. He refunded my money for the paint. I invited/encouraged him to send someone to my home to see the problem with the paint on the deck. I was very satisfied with the way he treated me and having no problem with a refund.

I love Home Depot Stores, because they have accomplished as much as they can to carry everything related to house and construction activities in a good environment. Sales associates are pretty knowledgeable about the products and services as well.

This was not the Home Depot I usually shop at and where I know where everything is. I knew you would have what I needed, but asked an associate where a particular product was located. All told, it went smooth as butter as I knew it would.

I was pleased with the help from LOYD PRITCHETT on my 2nd visit to the store. I was highly offended by Not being helped in a timely fashion by the two (2) ladies who were on duty during the morning of my purchase - 03/24/2015. I returned (after comparison shopping at LOWE'S) looking for LLOYD who had helped me, a couple of days earlier.

It's great that Home Depot has some many convenient locations - since we always have to make so many trips to the store during one of our projects!

We've made numerous trips to the Richardson Home Depot while remodeling a kitchen for my 91 year old mother. The associates have been very helpful. It's great to have familiar and reliable place to shop that is just like the Home Depot near my own home!
