that my dog decided to chew up one sunny afternoon. I went o the home depot and was immediately led to the dryer aisle where I found what I was looking for.

Terrible experience..which began by taking 5 minutes to even pull into the Home Depot parking lot-- given a vendor's semi-trailer blocking the front of the store in the middle of the day--and then by no flat beds available.. following which I had to wait for 15 minutes while a Nursery associate cut open a new crate of product ..the access to which was blocked by the staff's carts full of products & supplies.

I found everything I needed and was helped by an associate that was very knowledgeable.

The store associates are always extremely helpful and have helped us fix many things at our home. My husband has been so many times for plumbing questions, that the man in that department knows him by name.

In the many times that I have visited this store every employee has been helpful, polite, cheerful and patient. Most of the time I have to use descriptions like "thingy" "boober" or "what-you-call-it" and they are still able to assist me. Thanks for all that they do.
