Excellent customer service. Better than any other location!

It has been decades since I last patronized Home Depot. But, that changed this year due to smart business thinking from their tool service manager, Lee. Since then, I have made that trek about 5 times and spent over $500. Can't say enough about your service, personnel and Lee working with me on the compactor.

I walked in to Home Depot very nervous with my broken bed board, and unlike most people I have no idea what I was doing there but I needed to get a new piece of wood. Customer Service led me to the lumber section where I met James the manager. James helped my sister and I find the perfect piece of wood and also drilled the holes into the wood that modeled the broken piece of wood I came in with. James went beyond his manager duties to help us leave the store with confidence.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to help at this visit. Items were appropriately priced. Disappointed that one item i wanted was not in stock, but no big deal...not an emergency, will return another day. (only reason for a 4 star rating today, otherwise a 5 star would have been appropriate)

There may not always be an employee to help in each department at all times but from my experience, if you ask for assistance, someone is always willing to help and do their best to offer the best service!

This store is clean, convenient, and engages customers without partiality to certain types of customers. Even the manager and assistant managers are quick to respond to customer needs while they walk throughout the store.

Always able to find what I need and in stock. Just one question to anyone in the store and they know where it's at even if it's not the dept. they work in.

Any lawn related questions, go see Doggie. She's a wealth of information and very kind to explain in detail (more than once if needed)

The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars is because of employee ANTHONY S. I went to buy a natural gas grill and the first 2 employees could not be bothered to find the grill that happened to be in another section of the store. I mentioned that the web said they had 2 in stock and they replied that the web is wrong. Again, ANTHONY S. stepped in, found my grill and saved the sale for this store. Hunt him down for great customer service otherwise you might as well go to another store.

Sales person named Kelly was the best we've ever had at this type store. We'll certainly be back soon.

Lee in the tool rental department provided excellent customer service. He removed an old nozzle was was stubbornly stuck to my garden hose. Thank you Lee!

This Coit Road Store is well stocked. I like to go there because the store usually has what I am looking for and the people there are very friendly.

While overall this store has been very good to me, the Store Manager has implemented a store policy that has his employees calling customers to let them know they have a store pickup to make, even though the customer has already gotten an email from HD.COM about this. The problem is that the Store Manager chose to ignore this fact, and had an employee call me and rudely tell me to pick up my item! I was told that the store was "overstocked" and I needed to pick up my item ASAP. If the Store Manager wants to do things this way, he does NOT need to have an employee call me and be rude, what he needs to do is send me an email, politely explain the situation, and give me a final pickup date.

Anthony assisted us the minute we got thru the doorway. Hands down THE BEST customer service we have received at any Home Depot we have ever shopped at (and we live down in central Texas).
