I've been looking for a washer/dryer that is one piece. They are used overseas but not here in the U.S. The home depot employee knew exactly what I was talking about and I received the last one in stock.

really like the way everyone is helpful at this store - glad we live near it !!!

Most proximate store to me is 6504. There are some employees that have been there for a considerable length of time that are knowledgeable and helpful.

The elderly man who helped me was very helpful and friendly. I had picked out the washing machine I wanted and we called for help and he came and assisted us (my daughter and I. A few weeks ago I bought a LG refrigerator-freezer and the young lady who helped me also, was very nice and helpful. There was an ample selection of both appliances to choose from.

The floor had been recently swept and mopped when I entered, giving the impression that they want their environment to be as healthy as possible. I needed help from three employees and all three were polite and knowledgeable. They indicated the place to find what I needed. One picked up the bag and put it in my shopping cart for me, as it was heavy and I am 85 years old. Many thanks.

Bought a Christmas tree from here. That experience was great. Got it home and fluffed it up and found multiple bald spots all over it. Called the department head and asked if we could exchange it and she said absolutely. So we get back. Pick out a new tree which was $10 more so we went in and settled the difference. Pulled the car around and an employee asked if something was wrong with the tree so I explained to him what was going on. He then walked off with the bad tree still on my roof. I sat there while 3 other customers who came after me get loaded up. Finally got out of the car to talk to someone and was ignored. So to stop holding up the line I unloaded the bad tree by myself and got back in my car and waited again with my ticket in hand waiting for someone to come get it to load up the new tree that was wrapped and ready. No one came. But more customers in the line kept getting loaded up. So since I was so mad I was shaking at this point I went and found my tree. Threw it on my roof and tied it down by MYSELF while 4 other employees stood there and watched me do it and never once offered help. Then I have been trying to talk to a manager at the store and after being on hold for 20 minutes they took my name and number for the store manager (Brian) to call me back and I have YET to hear from anyone. I use this store multiple times a week and have never had a problem. We've bought Christmas trees from them the last three years and never had a problem. This experience was the worst I've ever had at any store and I will likely never go back. I will use another location. I will go out of my way to do so. Horrible

Great Visit! Easy Paint Mix! The paint counter was super friendly and efficient--Sylvia specifically. I was in and out, with just what I needed with all sorts of helpful suggestions too!

Top bad Cece in the appliance section can't be in 20 places at once. Very friendly, knowlegeable,great at troubleshooting problems we have with finding appliances to fit in spaces with odd dimensions in our older home. Got us in and out quickly without ever feeling rushed Excellent experience

The employees were friendly and very helpful. The lady in the appliance department was busy when I walked up, but she told me she would help me as soon as she was finished with the other customer. She did. She was efficient and competent, and made my experience an enjoyable one.

I love this store. After a night of Pinterest pinning, I come to Home Depot for my supplies. The store is orderly, the staff friendly, it's great!

My husband and I have been to this Home Depot many times and we keep going back, because the staff members there are so helpful and very patient with all of our questions!

If you want customer support and you are a female , Do not go to this store. You will end up wasting a lot of time running around trying to find what you need. Not worth the effort when you can go somewhere else where they are happy to help and find your items.

My experience buying a microwave with side pieces to go over an oven had been very frustrating until I started to work with Home Depot. I was impressed by CeCe's knowledge and understanding of what I needed. She was able to help me order what I needed and explain the installation process while saving me a little extra money. I will go back.

Associates are always very helpful and knowledgeable regardless of area they are located in. Very friendly even when just passing by.

Overall, good experience. The associate helped me load a couple bags of mulch. He carefully picked the mulch bag that was not broken.

On multiple visits to this store I have been falsely accused by the mgr on duty (MOD) of criminal activity when simply trying to purchase items on clearance at the current clearance price that they ring up at. In reality the store employees should be removing clearance items from the shelf at the end of the clearance markdown schedule but with their failure to do so if a customer ends up attempting to purchase the product that is on the shelf it is not the fault of the customer but rather of the HD employees. To be falsely accused of criminal activity on multiple occasions and threatened by store mgmt with calling the police for simply trying to purchase an item that is readily accessible on the shelf is not typical of my experiences at any of the other HD stores I have ever shopped at. Unfortunately it seems to be a pattern at this location.

Even in Texas where everyone is usually friendly and helpful, there are still some people who stand out from the rest, and Bob in Electrical, ex-Air Force, stood out. In a store like that, everyone is busy doing something, and you hate to bother someone while they're working to ask for help, so it's always appreciated when someone stops to ask you if you need help. On of that, Bob was friendly and a real pleasure to talk to. When every store has everything, it's the people who work there that make the difference.

The store was clean and organized, sales personnel were very friendly and they know what to advise to clients.
