I had a great time at homedepot the I will never forget and turser for the rest of my life thank you so much homedepot for this experiens and all the that were there were friendly and nice and I speak to the maneger and said he is going to thank every one who made this experience happen and it was the best time of my life I love the rerejerratter and I am planning to bye one this year and thank you to every singlr on of you I love you so much that id I was there I would give you a big hug thank you much.

I really like to shop at this Home Depot. It was not my first time and it certainly won't be my last. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable. Items were also clearly displayed and easy to find. I also understood the prices on the shelves.

Store is well organized and stocked. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Today i was in and out of Home Depot and unlike other visits ran into very upbeat associates. Thanks Nickaro for all your help now i never have to ask about my return policy again!

My debit card had been charged twice for a purchase. I expected it to be difficult problem to resolve; instead the customer service associate looked into a very confusing problem and resolved it quickly in my favor. I have used a number of HD stores in the Washington, DC, market and the College Park store is head and shoulders above the rest. It's almost like it's not in the same company. When I can, I drive past the one closer to my home to go to this one.

I was happy with the customer service I got from Angela Bruce, Appliance Specialist.

Tania helped me select the perfect flooring and everything else I needed to ensure successful completion of my project. Dee helped me find great lighting and she even led me to the small lights for the "Exit" signs. The women in this store rock, and as a woman, this is now my go to store for everything DIY. .

The product were easily available and associate were very help. Store were clean .

The cashier and the customer service representative were not frienly...

This store has a group of employees that go out of their way to be helpful and courteous. I always feel at home and welcome; they provide that small community feel even though this big box store has virtually anything I need.

This store is the place to buy home improvement supplies. It is clean, organized, and not too crowded, with helpful support associates.

Most impressive feature is the knowledge, skill and longevity of staff. I see faces of very helpful people every time I go to the store. Often see the _same_ helpful faces. Staff knows the inventory & locations down practically to the square inch on the shelf.

I came in this store pondering over how I could put two DIY projects together for a new room that I have. After I went down a couple of aisles, a gentleman named Donnie asked me if I needed any help. I showed him what I wanted to do with two of my DIY projects and he made both of the projects come to life. I'm still shocked at how trendy the projects look. Donnie is the man and I will be bringing more business to this location because of him. He has truly revamped my love for Home Depot because of his awesome customer service. I wish I could upload the projects just to let the world see his awesome craftsmanship. Plenty of people have already commented on the projects that he brought to life. Thanks Donnie!!!!!!!! You are truly a gem!!!

They helped keep me safe from potential harmful risks purchasing a major appliance that might not have suited the space, my needs, or could have caused future catastrophic issues and helped me find one at a great price from this very picky consumer.

The staff at this store are very professional and helpful and go above and beyond to come up with creative solutions. If they don't have an answer, they find someone else who does. Unfortunately, the location seemed to be severely lacking in available staff. I had to walk all the way across the very large store to find even one staff person. Additionally, they seem to rely on self-checkout and had only one human cashier early on a Saturday evening. All the staff I eventually found were very helpful and friendly. The store was also well-stocked with the items I needed.

I am a housewife who knows nothing about paint. The staff at the Paint Desk was so helpful I choose paint from one of your display booklets and those are the colors in my home. Love my Living and Dining rooms. I think they are beautiful!

The Cherry Hill Store in Maryland had everything I needed.

A lady named Essence who worked in the Bath section was very helpful and walked me through the process of picking out new faucets for my sink. She even explained how to replace them if I wanted to do so myself. And a man named Tony was helpful as well. Even though he worked in the Paint department, he walked me around to other departments to show me exactly where the items I was looking for were located. Sometimes people will just point you in the right direction but he took the time to walk me right to the items on the shelf.

The store was so clean, nice choices of herbs pots also good choices of organic pots, easy to check out.

We have been doing construction to the house over the last year. So there have been many visits to our local Home Depot. Cahiers are wonderful and helpful. Sales persons for our appliances, cabinets and counter tops were wonderful. Deliveries were on time and done well. Front desk persons were somewhat unknowledgeable. Computer problems, not knowing where to look for things, leaving us unattended, turning their backs on us. Small things that were a bit annoying. We finally went back to our salesmen to get assistance and all was well.

Customer Service at the College Park store is great. My flooring customer service rep could not get a valid Armstrong SKU. She continued to work with Armstrong after after I left the store. I was pleasantly surprised when she called a few days later and told me she was able to get the SKU. She then helped me special order the tile. Great experience and thank you Alice!
