The associate who assisted me at the Customer Service Desk cash register - Kristin - went out of her way to pick up all of my merchandise that i had accidently dropped. i did not expect this, as she appeared to be multi-tasking at the same time.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF KEEPING THE ICE OFF OF THE WALKWAYS, DRY AND CLEAN SHOPPING CARTS, FRIENDLY ASSOCIATES.

This is the worst Home Depot store I have ever been in. The employee climate is very poor. This is a poor management issue. I won't shop at this particular Home Depot again. I will drive to Hermiston or The Dalles, where the employees are pleasant, helpful and courteous.

I purchased a black Friday item that was sold out in Bonney Lake, wa. It all went fine.

We ordered a stove but they ordered the wrong stove. We were quoted a price on a stove that was on display that was actually for an identical stove without some options. We have talked to multiple associates and a manager and they have not been able to help us out. They practically told us to keep the stove they ordered for us or return it and pay the return fee and then they will order the stove we wanted for a much higher price.

Shout out to both Rose and Diego ...wonderful customer service.

Excellent staff and great selection. If you arent sure if they have something, ask! They always have it and will tell you exactly where it is!

The employee helping me went out of his way, above and beyond to help me find the right part for the job,his name was Ron ,works at the Collage place homedepot in Walla Walla Wa,he is the kind of guy that WANTED to help me find what I needed,corporate should recognize him someway bonus check or free lunch,cause its people like him that keep us coming back.Also the store Manager Lance was very helpful,thanks you two your AWESOME!!!!!!

Terrible staff, no supervision, no management, cheap products, your taking advantage of customers selling poor quality products

Carrie was my cashier and as usual, she did an excellent job making me feel welcome.

Was very blessed with the assistance from Jarad on 2 occasions. He helped load up my cart with bricks so I didn't have to! I will be back for more soon.

Staff seems content and cheerful which brings the best out of everyone! The product lines could use some variables in which brands they offer.

I've always found what I'm looking for at Home Depot, and there's been easy to find clerks of the store.

The store was clean and well stocked with products being easy to find without having to ask for assistance with most items.

I could get no help loading heavy bags of soil onto my cart or getting them loaded in my car. I reinjured a muscle group in my middle chest area doing these tasks but having an appointment to get to I could not wait the half hour or so on a weekday that it was going to take. The focus taken off customer service at this store is appalling!

Jeremy helped us find the chainsaw we were hoping to find,he met us at customer service and promtly brought the saw to us. I needed a few assesories and he took me right to them. The store was fully stocked and well kept. The military discount was a big help and much appreciated. The cashier was also very pleasant. Thank You Home Depot and Staff.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I've bought windows and appliances there and every trip to the store has been a positive experience.

Never in my life did I picture myself in Home Depot more than the mall. but the team at this store has been incredibly gracious with their time and talent.Helpful when I really needed it and inspired me to carry on with my new garden and DIY projects. I can't thank Kathie, in customer pick up, enough! She rocks!!

Always go here for just about everything! For the most part the employees are very helpful and welcoming, never really had a problem that would make me feel like not shopping in this store again.

There was a complicated problem with an online order promotion. Assistant Manager Ellen solved my problem. She stood behind your brand and reassured us that Home Depot does the right thing when there is a problem. You should be proud of her. I thank her for helping solve this for me. Your other associates were kind, cheerful, and sympathetic too. Good people.

This store is conveniently located for us. They have a great product mix for my needs.

I believe the store is doing a fair job of dealing with social distancing but could do better in limiting contact and employee protection. I would like everyone in the store masked with gloves to assure no passing of infectious viruses

The College Place Home Depot is always well stocked, clean and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. I am always amazed that almost with out fail each of the staff know exactly where items in the store are. As an example they might point me to an item I am looking for and say "it is on row 19 on the left hand side half way down and two shelves up from the bottom" That's impressive !

Exceptional customer service. You feel like family.

Sometimes it is hard to receive your military discount. I showed the cashier my military veteran, he acknowledge but never gave the discount. There should be a better way to get the veteran discount.

The College Place store is always clean, items are always stocked, and the employees are very friendly and always smiling.

Shopping for a new 30" gas free standing range. The sales lady was a lot of help and answered all our questions. The range was delivered exactly as instructed and on time. All in all a very pleasant experience!
