Dealing with the Home Depot employees is always a pleasure. They are eager to help you and always have a smile on your face.

This store has the nastiest employees who don’t want to help. They are always out of stock with items that the website states are available. Will not be going back. Loews has gained a new customer

Horrible experience after sale! They delivered wrong machines and no paperwork or wrapping and looked used or floor model. Then all day girls kept hanging up the phone and took 7 hours of calling to get a manager

Every time I go to look for example.A garden hoseThey only have ones that are forty four dollars or they have one at a low price point.But it's so cheap, you don't want to buy it.There's no choices there.And they want you to order everything to the stores.They never have any stock in this place.They should just close it down and let it turn into a costcos

Your employees are rude and lack customer service skills. Just bark orders such as stay behind. It shows me that either they are incompetent or just don’t care. You pick the reason as you hired them and felt they would be good to put in front of your customers. Specifically I was returning a toilet seat as it had a chip in it. When I tried to explain the employee said it is ok. No it wasn’t ok. That was why I was back in the store. Again. No customer service skills.

went in to pick up an order and buy a few things in the morning. I watched from the line at the customer area as the employees make sure to check every thing people bring back. The guy and girl who were there are no joke.

I was looking for a number of items on a very limited time schedule. It was very frustrating since so many items are not marked with prices. The associates don’t know the prices on every item obviously, I asked a couple to scan certain items their scanning device wasn’t working. I left with less than half the items I needed

Workers are lazy and clearly don’t care. It shows at the store. Asked for help with lumber, and was told do it myself. The worlker was capable and have the time to help. If only I had access to their forklift, sure i would do it myself

Please make sure the products has all the parts , contractors labor is expensive.

Great experience with polite and helpful staff at the Service Desk around 12 noon. Very efficient team that got my order for me.

The store is close to my home, plenty of parking and stocked well.

I shop online and at the COLLEGE POINT Store #1277 often. I am always finding something I need or can use at Home Depot. I've recently purchased a large garbage can, gardening tools, outside cushions, seeds and flowers to plant for the back yard. I've also recently gutted and re did my home using paints and hundreds of items purchased at Home Depot. I highly recommend COLLEGE POINT Store #1277.
