No question is too tough or helping find the product you need

This homedepot is very close to my home. In summer, I often visit here to see if there are any good plants that can be planted in the backyard. And the traffic is less than other homes, it is very useful to queue up and the service attitude is also very good. I really like to come here to buy.

no one seems to know anything at the store. you ask 10 people and get 10 different answers. that is if they answer you. no one picks up the phone so you have to go there. the store is a mess. the aftermath of a hurricane is tidier. i cancelled my appliance order because they told me they only do curbside delivery. so me and my 80 year old mother have to bring to the elevator and into the apartment. I ended up buying directly from Samsung cuz they bring it to the apartment and install it. later I found via chat with HD online that they do deliver to the apartment. too late. they lost my business.

Had a $5 off $50 coupon for signing up for home depot emails. Coupon had a scan bar code and a 26 digit written out code. When I showed the coupon to cashier checkout, she wouldn't let me use it, claimed I had to print the coupon out even though it said SCAN coupon. Nowhere on the coupon did it say to print out. I asked if she could use her scan gun and TRY. I asked if she could try & type in 26 digit code. She said no, you have to print out coupon. Rude and completely unwilling to help. I made a purchase of $300 and they wouldn't even try to let me use a measly $5 coupon. How ridiculous. Otherwise, the lady at refrigerator appliances was super helpful. Probably the only positive that came from this experience. Store was overall clean and well stocked.

This particular location has some of the worst customer service. A cashier spent the entire transaction FaceTiming and using his phone. He also acted like it was a huge inconvenience that the molding I was buying did not have a barcode on it. As if this was my fault? The poor attitude of employees was again demonstrated by another employee when I had to go back inside to find out who could help me exchange propane tank. When she eventually came outside she pointed to a man collecting carts and stated he’s right there... am I supposed to know the guy collecting carts also handles propane. To then top it off I don’t think he said two words to me while exchanging the cylinders.

I recommend cashier Sade! Very speedy and friendly checkout every time I shop here at the college point Home Depot! Thank you for all you do!

Required rental equipment was available. Assistance was available to help me learn how to use the equipment.

If you need garden supplies, see Mike, assistant manager in the garden department. He is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help in all aspects of gardening.

Parking is easy, customer service is top notch and much better than more other stores. It's an easy experience in and out.

I have, like many other customers, have visited many different Home Depot locations (New York City, Long Island and Upstate). It is my opinion that the College Point store is the worst that I have visited. There are unattended ladders in the aisles with no one in sight. There are often products( obviously returned in poor condition) and returned to inventory. The staff often does not have good knowledge of the products sold. And finally, this location has in the last few years has many items out of stock.

I was very impressed with the safety measures that this store has taken during these trying times.

The store is following quarantine protocols and the cashiers are very friendly! I recommend checking out with Sade or Yvette for a speedy checkout and conversation during these hectic times!

I witnessed the cashiers cleaning as I walked around the store! They really take pride in serving the customers.

Overall I will always enjoy coming to this store . The cashiers are friendly and greet you in a timely manner.

Kitchen cabinet department is wonderful for those of us who have no idea how to design a kitchen. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable.

When I walked into the store in Flushing where Jesse/Jessica sent me, I was met by a very pleasant security guard. He greeted me and asked if he could help me. I explained to him why I was there. He walked me over to customer service and asked a young lady if there was a towel bar waiting for Mrs Kirkland to pick up. I was impressed with the service he performed. I was out in less than ten minutes. I consider that great service. I’m sorry I don’t know his name.

The store was perfect and the cashier was nice and friendly. I remember her name is Jiaxi. She always has her smile on her face.

The store in general is really good because of the assistance from the employees as well as the managers and how they do their best to keep it clean and neat and organized. The location is really convenient due to more room and available parking space than the one in a avery avenue. Most order pickups and purchases are good but they do need to update the information in the store and online on how much quantity a certain product is available for customers to pick up otherwise the customer will have wasted a long duration of traveling to look for an item that's not available in stock and therefore would lead to bad reviews. But overall this Home Depot location is great but please update on these informations and then it will get more better reviews from customers.

I called for an item that showed out of stock in the system. A few minutes later I got a call back from Jennifer stating she went on the floor to look and found one! I had also purchased another two big boxes and Mike at the service desk was kind enough to help me out with the third box. Exceptional service and a very happy customer!!

Go to the collage point store, they know their jobs and don't waste time.
