IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICES, AVOID THIS STORE. WILL MESS UP YOUR DAY.

I bought a washer that came damaged and dosent work correctly all they do after hours on phone is send out repairmen who don't fix issues I want a new machine I paid for not a damaged not working piece of junk !!!

The cashier at the pro register #1 is very quick and friendly. I believe her name is Jonelle. Every morning I come in there, she greets me with a smile and a "good morning my friend, how are you today?" Great girl!

This store is the closest to an Upstate HD experience. in the Mertopolitan area I can think of The parking lot is open and well kept. It is somewhat off the beaten track in the flight path of LAguardia but to be expected..The overall feel of the store is organized mostly well stocked and cared for. There seems to be the same employees that are somewhat knowledgeable in the various departments. It is my default HD store .

Awful employees, worse management. Expect a poor experience every time you go here. Unlike any other HD I've shopped in.

This Home Depot in College Point, at 124-04 31st Ave. (not the one in Flushing by College Point Blvd.), has to be the BEST HOME DEPOT IN ALL OF QUEENS, bar none. Clean, spacious, packed with products, and available, friendly employees.

Very friendly and knowledge staff in the pro department! Chauncy and Art are two go to guys to order building materials.

Terence Sullivan helped me on my last visit and he was extremely patient and helpful. He was very knowledgeable on the doors I were looking at. He also called me during the week to make sure the installation team called me to come and measure.

The cashier at the garden center is not helpful (4/5/17, 3:25 P.M.). The employees in the garden center do not want to help anyone with heavy/bulky items assist in bringing these items to your car.

Errol Ible is the GOAT. He knows all there is to know in every department (especially lumber!) and is extremely helpful. Any time Ible is around, everyone is working together. If all other employees were like this one, I would give 5 stars. ⭐️

Winter snow supplies were in stock and they were setting up already for spring/summer.. Nice... Two Home Depot Reps assisted me finding the right items I needed and explained differences of various items. Very helpful. I went to the self-check-out but because I had various type of credits, etc., I needed assistance. The young lady was extremely helpful. Very nice!

Today i was at 124-04 31st Ave, College point store , is very good store , I did shopping today refrigerator , gas range and microwave , sale person Miss Cindy Ramjit and Miss Yolanda Denson (manager ) helped me a lot , answered very friendly that i could purchase today , I have to tell them Thanks a lot .

I am a frequent shopper in this store. I just had one of the most pleasant shopping experiences yesterday, in all the years that I have been coming here. The individual that assisted me was absolutely great! But one thing that really concerns me is the problem below. My neighbors and friends who are all customers all agree that something must really be done about the deplorable conditions upon entering and leaving the parking lot. Homeless people on one side with loads of junk. Garbage constantly strewn about on the other side. (people dumping there garbage). It really makes a person not want to come to this store. Perhaps a fence or security (video cameras ) or nighttime security guard could eliminate some of this problem. It is really discouraging to have to endure this very unsightly scenario.
