Some staff took the initiative to offer help before even ask and they're great with a smile too for those are willing to offer help before being asked. Some of them don't speak English clearly that is hard to understand what they want to explain or tell me and it's so hard to tell them the reason I don't understand because of their English speaking command. In the end, after a few trials, pretending to understand and finish the conversation. That person has no smile but a blank face.

If you want great friendly and informative help look for Mario Vela or Cheryl.

some staff is nice but some not able to follow and complete the whole deal and then deal with another customer that made life difficult for the existing one who doesn't know if the encounter has been done completely or not and then wait in line for clarification again. It's time wasting and not thorough customer care

Exceptional customer service by most employees! I would not recommend asking Arianna or Anthony in Paint for anything though, they have a very poor attitude toward customers.

I purchased a Weber Grill and throughout the process I was greeted by very polite and helpful staff. I used the in-store assembly option and was called promptly when it was ready for pick-up. I'm not used to such one-on-one courteous interaction at a big store like this, so it was a nice surprise. Will definitely be back.

I find easy everything that I need.

Both Home Depot and Home Depot Pro are practically next to each other. Both are great stores, both have fairly knowledgeable employees and If one is out of stock on an item, the other usually isn't. We love shopping either store!

Diego saved the day & found exactly what I was looking for, excellent customer RECOVERY bc I was about to leave & not come back after being told by more than one employee that you did not have the item I was looking for. I shopped to both Pro & Regular Home Depot stores in Colma. On the day of my visit, the employees who I encountered gave me good customer service. Thanks to Dahlia at HD Pro for helping me with my purchase (building materials) and for opening a HD Account. Thanks to Art & Betty of the Regular HD Store for helping me with my purchase (dishwasher & dryer). All of these employees are helpful, friendly, cheerful, and know what they are doing. They represent what good customer service should be. Look for them when you go to Home Depot Colma.

I always recommend this store to my Contractors al also to my Family ,Friends and co-workers! I recommend this store because it has a wide variety of items and products I need for multiple projects. I am always being asked what store I would recommend for purchasing supplies for Home and Business projects. This Store in Colma is the one that I suggest. Not only because of the products but also because the Customer Service there is fantastic! When I shop there and also when I bring Contractors and co-workers there they like that store and continue to go there themselves. Some of the Contractors did not realize that this store also had a Pro Desk. They thought they had to go somewhere else but now realize that they can get all the things they need at Store #639

The salesperson was great. In fact, I was so impressed with the Saleperson that the following day, I went back and bought another appliance. However HomeDepot's delivery service is bad - the 3rd party delivery company and its processes are bad. They need to be more flexible on delivery times and provide a more advance notice to customers. The delivery company needs to start using emails (instead of relying on age-old fax machines). Who uses fax these days in San Francisco ?!?

Home Depot is changed...... for the better. It's more like a friendly community , everyone is so helpful and ready to work with you. Thank you ... about time for your change.

My review would be about an employee at the colma store in the plumming dept. His name is George and he should be commended on the outstanding service that he provided to not only me but to other customers as well. What a knowledgeable - kind - professional individual he really is. Keep hiring people like this and you will definitely get a lot of return traffic.

Needs more display of some appliances seen online.

My sales associate was efficient, knowledgeable and very accommodating. The other associates that I came in contact with were very friendly and willing to assist me.

I was stuck on line.. so we called the store...and the women at the other end completely handled everything professionally..I was blown away.. from start to finish we wanted a refrigerator and bought one... Carina Phan....was totally awesome ...very kind went out of her way to help us with our purchase ...we are very happy with our fridge...I wish there were more Carina's out there...have a blessed year...

We were looking for a kitchen faucet. Noel V. was very helpful, pointing out the pros and cons of various fixtures that ultimately helped with our selection. It wasn't just 'go to aisle whatever', he really provided great customer service, and he knew what he was talking about.
