Was in the store seeking to replace hardware parts for a clients vintage pocket door. Received excellent assistance from the employee working in the hardware department. Very knowledgeable. The part was no longer being produced, but was able to work with the modern hardware available.

5 Stars to the Home Depot paint department employees. Always knowledgeable in the products, supplies and tools related to painting. Always a big help. I shop at Home Depot a lot (all departments); and the paint department consistently leaves me happy. .... They do get quite busy on some days. But if you have a questions, it's well worth the wait at the counter to get assistance.

The store is clean and organized. I got what I looking for.

With so many items to choose from, DIY people like expert advice from store associates. They listen to your problem and give the best solution available. The Colma store is the largest and closest store for me to visit and get my handyman shopping done.

Tiara and Robert in the paint department were so helpful and knowledgable they made shopping for paint a breeze! Good jobs guys!

I've had a wonderful experience here in this Home Depot. The store associate, Cris (D26) was one of the most helpful and skillful person I've met in a long time. I was very fortunate to have met him that day. He made my art project for an elementary school fundraising auction easy and possible. He practically did all the hardwork for me! All I did was to show him a picture of final product, he went straight to work in no time. The entire planning process took no more than 15 minutes. After I received the approval of the budget from our school, I went back to Cris and gave him the okay to start the wood cutting for me. He did the calculation in few minutes and finished the cutting without a hitch. I was thoroughly impressed by the easiness of the entire process. Couldn't be happier that he finished the toughest part of the project for me. I'm more than satisfied with the wonderful service and their professionlism. I highly recommend this particular Home Depot!

I went to the store looking for a kitchen sink and faucet. An associate asked me if I needed help. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and help me pick out the best products. He went above and beyond. I had a great experience in the store today.

George explained the different features on the various available options to help me pick out what would work best. Product that I was looking for had been moved from garden to building materials. Cashier proactively asked if I found everything I wanted and directed me to building materials for my last items

A couple weeks ago I bought a mattress on offer up. When I went to pick up the mattress I soon realized it was not going to fit with the box spring in the back of the van I had borrowed. Thinking quickly, I thought rope! I must go to Home Depot to get rope & tie the thing on top (even tho I had never done anything like that before). I get to the Colma location and I was directed to these ratchet tie downs. At first I was nervous because I really didn't know how to use these things and they looked really complicated. After buying them I started opening them up and becoming even more nervous because I had a time restraint and it was just really overwhelming... the packaging didn't demonstrate clear enough for me how to do it;. Unfortunately, I never got the associates name but he helped me open the package and went over it with me like 3 times and had me show him how I could do it myself. Losing a load is a pretty nice fine, as well as very dangerous for you and other drivers. I am so grateful for the assistance I received because I tied down that mattress very tight and it made it safely to the destination. Thank you Colma Home Depot! You all ROCK!

George and Alex were very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with buying my product. They even loaded it into my truck after I purchased it, in the rain !!

Staff was extremely helpful, with plenty of them around, and they were very nice. I remember when there were too few of them, they were not as friendly, probably from being over worked or pulled in too many directions at the same time.
