JUST SO HARD TO FIND AN AVAILABLE ASSOCIATE. I think you should just be able to pick up a phone or touch a button in that area much like the one in other stores where after pushing the button they come to you. They should have a sign posted everywhere that such service is available and buttons all around. It will be a drag if you have to find a button to push for help or if they have very limited amount of such buttons then it would be useless.

I have utilized (4) four different Home Depot Stores in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Colma, San Francisco, San Mateo and Vallejo. And hands down if you desire the utmost Courtesy, outstanding Customer Service, and impeccable Professionalism then the Colma Store should be your first and only choice. I would like to take this opportunity to share with you my wonderful experience at the aforementioned Home Depot Store located at 2 Colma Blvd Colma, CA 94014. On Thursday, August 6, 2015 (my 10 ten year wedding anniversary) at approximately noon. I encountered the following Sales Associate. The distinguished Mr. Charles Norton. Who processed my extremely difficult search and request and subsequently resolved all my issues with my extravagant request. In approximately 7 minutes I decided to seek a sales associate for my much needed assistance. In which I encountered the aforementioned Mr. Charles Norton. He acknowledged me immediately and greeted me with a big smile as we exchanged pleasantries. After he shook my hand he did something seldom seen in customer service and in retail. He listened tentatively to all my concerns and answered all my questions. He took my idea and ran with it. In moments he had taken my idea to a whole new level. He provided me with his undivided attention. He made me feel like a VIP. His patience, communication skills, and active listening techniques were astonishing. His Professionalism, Tact, Discipline, Courtesy, Kindness, Respect, Spirit, Politeness, Understanding and Consideration are Irreproachable. And his Enthusiasm and Dedication to the customer is paramount. Mr. Norton Exemplifies Loyalty, Motivation, Selfless Service, and going above and beyond the call of duty for a customer. This Home Depot Associate distinguished himself with his sound technical expertise and can do attitude. His Dedication and Enthusiasm I know has inspired his peers in the Colma Home Depot Store to rise above themselves. So it is for this exemplary performance I am forever grateful to this young man for providing me with an excellent Home Depot experience. Some how Mr. Norton recognized the fact I was Military and informed me that Home Depot has a Military appreciation. For this and His Professionalism I'm forever grateful. Please acknowledge his awesome work ethics and efforts.

They multi task customers pretty well. I was very pleased. we got in and got out in no time flat.

Store was clean, organized and staff are very helpful

Natalia was super nice! She helped us check out with lightning speed and with a smile the entire time. If I was a little girl I would wanna grow up to be just like Natalia. Unfortunately I am a man, but such is life. Great work Home Depot!

I found parkiing. Mark Machetti saw me walking in and asked me to wait. He asked me what I was looking for. I told him a belt sander. He walked me over to the area and got another associate that knew more about the tools I was looking for and I picked out the belt sander that I wanted. The two gentlemen were Great! Then Mark asked if I needed anything else. I said yes. I got the srtipper for my deck and he went off to get me the dust mask while I was picking up a hand held sprayer to put the stripper into. Mark checked my purchases out, boxed it up. I paid for the stuff and he loaded it into my trunk. I was in and out in less than an hour. Thanks Mark!

I'm glad to see that they have more employees on the floor available to help.. In the past it seemed that the Executives didn't care about customer service and only wanted to cut employee operating costs.

I followed the bandanner from the ceiling located in the aisle, found my items in just a jiffy. Had a question and the associate answered without hesitation. I purchased what I need and went out the store within 30 mins.

Received excellent help from Carina P. She was very helpful in finding the items I needed.

This was the best experience I have ever had going into any Home Depot. It was all due to the Customer Service I received from your Sales Associate. She was knowledgeable about the products. Delivery was on time and installers did an excellent job. Thank you

I needed some assistance on repotting an orchid and keiki. Noel in gardening was super helpful, knowledgable and friendly. He is a real asset to the store. He got me all set with the right pots, soil, and food. Thank you!

Home Depot at Colma/DC is one of the most organized stores I have visited. It was way easy to find things I was looking for. The associates are always friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite store that I recommend to every ones.

I postpone my DIY rain barrel project for weeks because I needed to buy several "small" parts for the project. Today, I decided to make the trip & "hope" for the best. I started out by looking at some electronic saw. An associate name Edward came by & asked if I needed any help. He showed me some recommendations & then he asked me what I'm planning to use it for. I explained that I want to make a portable platform w/ a rain barrel. From then on, Edward guided me several (& very helpful) suggestions, recommendations & also helped me look for all "small" parts I needed. He suggested that instead of making a portable platform, to get the wooden dolly & get a small scrap wood to fill in the middle. Such a brilliant idea! I estimated that I might be in HD for 90 min, but with Edward's help, it only took less than 30min. He was very knowledgeable & friendly. And while he was helping me, he also helped anyone who asked him questions. He never turned away or say he was busy to other customers

This store is always clean and well stocked. Everyone is always helpful and friendly and of course, Home Depot has great prices!!!

Store manager, managers do a great job keeping the store clean and organized. They should address everyday to their employees that all, who walk through those double doors are customers, and should always be equally treated professionally. Thank God for the Pro Department and HD Website, makes life a lot easier!

Associates have great product knowledge and have great patience in dealing with customer. Associate Josephine Lu was very helpful and made my first home project an ease.

i KNOW THIS STORE VERY WELL, WEBSITE IS VERY HELPFUL AS NOT TO CONSUME TIME, AS YOU CAN FIND THE AISLE # & LOCATION. , & COST. PURCHASED A CORDED DEWALT DRILL & A WAGNER PAINT EATER, HAVE NOT USED IT YET , BUT WELL .SATISFIED WITH BOTH PRODUCTS ARE WORKING..

Today early morning shifts were ending when I went shopping and needed items from the top shelves which required fork lift

Doris at the returns desk was so sweet and patient with me and made me feel important. I did not have my receipts or some the correct credit cards needed but she was very warm and friendly regardless. The way she managed the other staff to redirect the growing line behind me was awesome! I give Doris the best customer service rating that can be given and you are lucky to have her there. Thank you. Parking was easy and I just needed a couple of items, oil & an 8' 2x6. A nice lady asked if I needed assistance and pointed to the oil and lumber. The gentleman in the lumber department politely said he would cut my board as soon as he finished cutting 2 sheets of plywood for another customer. The gentleman was polite, helpful, and did not waste my time. He cut it just as I asked. The nice lady at the checkout was polite and courteous. All the staff treated me like they appreciated my business. That's just how a business should be. I will be back.

I ordered some charcoal that was on sale, but when I arrived at Colma customer service, I realized I was at the wrong store (I was supposed to pick them up in Daly City/Lake Merced). Luckily the guys at the customer service (Mike and Mark) simply cancelled my order for me at Daly City, and sold me the charcoal at the price I was promised at the time I ordered online. Thank you!

Checkout was quick, for once, and particularly friendly and helpful cashier. Neither the salesman in the aisle nor I could find the white plastic fitting I wanted. Today I went to Lowes and found it. I also could not find the 1/2 x 4 x 20 (NC) bolt I needed. Today I found it at Lowes as well. I did find the other products I needed at HD. I

This is one of the friendlier and cleaner Home Depots I've been to. Although I didn't need any assistance on this visit, orange aprons were everywhere, so I knew someone would be readily available if I needed it.

I was desperate to find and rent a pick-up truck that afternoon. I called up a few Home Depot Store and tried to check out if there was any truck available. I even tried Colma a few times. I am glad that I decided to call back the Colma store to get my name listed. As soon as the truck was available, the store called me and I made it there in 10 minutes. The transaction was quick and the associate was helpful. I was in and out there within a few minutes.

return desk area was clean and organized . and when i walked inside the store a couple of aisles are cluttered with boxes and items. the bathroom you need to maitain your public restroom clean and smelling good, it needs cleaning or at least check it every 30 minutes....
