I visited this store for a few things as I was moving into a new home. Vince in the garden department provided exceptional customer service. The entire staff was friendly and ready to jump in and help. The store is equipped with many floor associates, so your not looking around helplessly trying to find assistance. I will definitely be back

Lanette was absolutely fantastic she was super friendly, was helpful and got me through the line quickly and with a great sense of humor. Every time she saw me after that she said hi and kept smiling. She is a great person to have at that store.

Henry Ducre helped me and he was the best sales person I have ever worked with at The Home Depot. He helped me find all of the items that I needed for my shower door installation AND he helped other customers at the same time! He was like a well oiled machine! My wife had a phtalk w/associate earlier and upon arrival we just picked-up where they left off. Associate was knowledgeable/helpful/friendly/happy. We received sound advice and are confident of our purchase decisions. At other times while in the store we were, conveniently, contacted by associates offering help if needed. At load-out an associate was available and helpful w/out our asking. Associate was offered a tip but refused--- just glad to be helpful, it seemed.

The Cumberland Parkway store in my humble opinion is the best arranged and staffed store in the Atlanta area. Easier to find things, best selection of products, more knowledgable staff and more assistance getting all this heavy stuff loaded in my car to get it home. Great location

After much research and many quotes, we contracted with HD to replace 18 windows in our home. Ordering has gone very well. Went to store to increase credit limit. Staff was very patient and courteous. Great service. Very satisfied.

Very happy with assistance from Landscaping Dept. Could not have a better bunch of people working there.

Long story short my husband and I went to Home Depot searching for a house plant. I saw a tall grown fiddle fig leaf plant on display in the garden center and knew it would be perfect for our space but there was no price tag on the pot. After looking around we did not see any others that were nearly as full grown. We asked for help locating the price. Stephen and Shantal helped by working with management to get us to a reasonable price we could agree on. Both Stephen and Shantal were so friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and paitient with us thoughout the shopping experience! I could go on and on but I really felt we had their undivided attention and they went above and beyond for us. Kenneth greeted us when we arrived and checked us out. He was very nice and friendly providing exemplary customer service as well. We just bought a house and have already made many trips to this location, but this was by far the best customer service we've experienced yet. We will definitely be back!

We dealt with Amanda in the paint section. She was amazeballs. Her personableness eminated and really made it a pleasure buying paint. Me and my boys were laughing and excited to begin the project because of her. She really went out of her way to find exactly what we needed. Truly an assest to the company and us. Way to go!
