I did not purchase anything of importance this time other than a cold drink but if I have a problem I will come to the home Depot.

WHEN YOU GET OUT YOUR CAR THE PARKING LOT IS SO NASTY AND ITS EMBARRASSING. THE CARTS ARE ALL OVER, THE PERSON AT THE DOOR DOESN’T LIKE HIS JOB NO GREETING. EMPTY CARTS ALL THROUGH THE STORE. AND I GET TO THE CHECK OUT LINE WHICH IS ON STRAIGHT LINE ALL THE WAY BACK BY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SEE WHY CARTS EMPTY CARTS ALL EVERYWHERE PEOPLE ARE LEAVING LINES TO LONG I LEFT AS WELL. CLEAN IT UP PLEASE. DO MANAGEMENT EVEN WALK AROUND OUTSIDE AND SEE ALL THAT TRASH. NEED A NEED CHECK OUT SYSTEM

I was impressed that the team brought the merchandise to my vehicle and added a red flag for safety. I would not have thought about this safety measure.

Very helpful and the store was well organized

I bought a Glacier Bay 18 inch vanity combo today and I love it for only $129.00 and it will be better used than my present large sink with the Pedestal.

I was able to go and get the right item and come back to the register and didn't have to wait again. Great service Chicago!

They Are So Focused On Theft @ Self Check-Out, The Male Cashier Took My Item Out Of My Hand And Scanned It Twice..

I purchased custom blinds from here 3 years ago for my kitchen. I went back today to buy custom blinds for my living room.

Gary, from the Pro desk, and Kiere, the new male employee, made my experience amazing. True customer service, customer support, and they went extremely above and beyond. Gary from the pro desk was attentive, thorough, and accomodating. I was amazed at his demeanor, very positive, and patient. He saw an error in the system and addressed it immediately. Kierr the new male employee went above and beyond to assist me with looking for an item. He did not blow me off, but he walked me the appropriate aisles until he found the right part for me. He said, "I'm learning as well, it may not be something I'm familiar with but at least I'll know next time. Kudos to thse two and I pray they are praised and valued for this review. There is always a line for the checkout, but it moves fast and keeps things orderly. A lot better than waiting to go into the store at the start of the pandemic.

Worst cashier ever . Angry , IMPATIENT , entitled , Rude , self absorbed and Lazy / slow. She talks to people likes she’s better then them. I spend thousands at this store and treat people with respect and kindness. If u hate ur job then quit , she is supposed to be customer service

I went to this store to purchase a vaccum belt.I was not sure if this was the right belt for my vaccum cleaner.Seem like no one worked in this department or they were just hiding from the customers.They were not doing what they were getting paid to do.

I've visited Home Depot hundreds of times, but was just truly blown away by Barbara's customer service skills, because of Barbara i will definitely shop at Home Depot first before shopping at other such stores.

I love shopping at home depot even when I don’t have a project I like to go and look at ideas of home projects I my start In the future

The store has a convenient location but I now hesitate to shop at this location. Most of the cashiers do NOT comply with the City of Chicago and the State of Illinois mask/face covering mandates. Covid19 infection rates in the U S are now at over 300,000 per day and the employees of this store are not complying with mandates. In fact a female employee raised her voice at me and made derogatory remarks at me and she continued to do so even after another employee intervened. I made no response or remarks to this employee. I stood in shock with my shopping car as the employee was combative and argumentative, raising her voice while NOT wearing any mask nor face covering.

I love this store!!! The employees are qualified and highly trained. They handle and know how to handle the business. It May be tpo fast paced for the casual plant buyer but for me it is PERFECT!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK WITH GOOD AND WELL TRAINED PEOPLE!!!

The salesman James in appliances was very helpful

If you are looking for appliances, go see Mallonise Scott at this store! She is the best - knowledgeable, thorough, kind, helpful. You name it, she is the complete package when it comes to sales. You can't go wrong!

Excellent staff through out the store they were very knowledgeable about the products and helpful great great store.

The store was clean and the people in the paint department was very helpful. I had chosen the wrong kind of paint and the rep working in the paint department had a colleague to show me which paint I needed, They both were very helpful and concern. My cashier was very helpful and polite also.

The store was nice and clean, all employees wore mask, practiced social distancing, greeted at the entrance with a friendly smile. Entrance employee was very helping in giving directions to particular department that was requested.
