In my experience this is one of the worst locations. Sometimes the employees are mean and the associates are not very knowledgeable or helpful

Home Depot is my favorite place to shop. I stop there before going anywhere else. The Dan Ryan location is my favorite store. It's close to my house, and the customer service is great. I usually find what I'm looking for, saving me time money. Thank you.

I came in looking for a shepherds hook to hang my Christmas decorations. I was able to find everything I needed.

Everytime I have shopped in this store nobody offers any assistance. Several times I have witnessed associates huddled together and totally ignored me even though I'm a senior. I find this behavior upsetting and hopefully will never shop there again.

The employees go above and beyond to assist easy time I visit! Always a pleasant experience. Always efficient and knowledgeable about the products

I went in looking for window treatments and the nice man at painting helped me out and means the wife was so thankful he had us in and out quickly and the cashier was nice and friendly to

The cashier didn't listen to me when I told her I was split-payinf between myself and my mother. She charged the total amount to my elderly mother's card. I will have to pay her cash, then take her to the bank to deposit my portion. This was very inconsiderate of the cashier. She told my mother to swipe her card. I asked if this would allow us to slit the bill because I wanted to pay $100 of the bill. She told me it would allow me to pay my port. Then the receipt printed and the cashier said : "oops". So we asked if she could re-ring us up. She told us we'd have to go over to Customer Service and wait in line. This was very frustrating, and we didn't have the time to wait in another line. Horrible listening skills. Horrible Customer Service.

All the people there, you can't get someone to assist you.

Customer service was good and much better than it used to be. I didn’t like not having my items bagged! Laundry products I used to purchase here were not available. I will use a different Home Depot in the future.

I always get greeted with friendly knowledgeable staff at Home Depot. The store is stocked well and easy to locate items. There’s always someone to assist you when needed. The cashiers are quick to get the lines down. The lady online staff is just as good. Very pleasant and they always ask if it’s something else they can help you with before ending the call.

The staff at this facility actually were friendly, offered smiles and kind words during the process of finding what I needed and during check. Kudos!

I couldn't find any fish emulsion to fertilize my garden. I have to find another source or continue to purchase on line. Also, there was no Sluggo to use on my hostas. The employees, however, are always kind, patient and helpful.

My mom purchased a brand new stove three weeks ago. The stove was delivered defective. The three days had passed to return it. My mom is a senior citizen. The Company would not accept the defective unit back. I called Laurie Grayson at the 87th Home Depot. Not only did Laurie invite her department manager Cedric Moore into this long complicated issue, they both helped us resolve this tireless issue with smiles and laughter. Without Laurie Grayson and Cedric Moore my mom would not be smiling tonight with this issue behind her. Thank you Laurie and Cedric so much! My mom said you two are the ROCKSTARS OF THE YEAR for her. If you have a serious appliance issue, see Laurie and Cedric at 87th street Home Depot. They are true Rockstars!!

Came in because our refrigerator went out. Kimme from appliances got us together and took her time with us. I️ love how patience she was with my grandmother. Again thank you !

I went to Home Depot at 200-232 W. 87th, this is my home store. I shop there when needing something to get the job done, but you can have some workers that will help and some that are so unprofessional and don't seem to want to help at all. I was there getting Ajax dish liquid and Mr. Clean but I needed other items, so I walked at the end of that aisle and saw a young man, there ask for help looking for painting items and deck nails, he just brushed me off and I felt that was very unprofessional. he didn't seem to know where the items where, instead of asking someone else to help him help me he told me someone was calling him and walked away, his name is Eric. so, I walked until I found someone else to help me and found Martin who was very helpful, he walked with me to what I was looking for but didn't know that department, so he took the time to find Ranette who provided me with the help I was looking for thank you Martin and Ranette for your great customer service and also thanks to the manager when brought to her attention handled the matter in a professional manner even though I experienced the unprofessionalism of that young man that won't stop me from continuing to shop there because in spite of it all, there are still good employees there.

It would be nice to just once go in this particular store and be greeted with a smile and have people that are there to work for the check they receive not standing around talking not on your phone not friendly mad because you're at work! That would be really nice to experience that once or twice at this location

My shopping experience during this visit was much better compared to other improvement stores due the amazingly professional assistance of one of your associates by the name of David K. Without asking for help, he offered to assist me and ensured I had a complete understanding of the tools I was interested in purchasing. In addition to assisting myself, he was able to also assist other customers simultaneously who approached him for assistance without neglected my requests.

It was a great shopper experience. However, I did not like the debt machine, which would not let me use my Home Depot car, which is in good standing. I would have paid for more products / USA, Chicago, IL 8700 S State ST

Home Depot is proven time and time again to be user-friendly when it comes to Property Managers real estate, investors and general contractors. I am able to send my workers to the store and make purchases on my behalf using my Pro account. When I do go, I always stand in the owls and meet like my people as we talk about the projects we’re working on. This is a very cool store. What they need now is a little workshop nearby.

I saw something online at their site and it said it was available at that particular store. I get all the way up there. I can't find it. I ask for help and was given the run around. I got mad and left. I won't return to that site again until I hear from someone that they've changed for the better
