I visit this store often. I commend them on continually having employees that are always willing to help and answer questions and solutions for decor projects. Keep up the great work.

Everybody was very friendly

I had to return something and the employee barked at me that they needed to see the receipt as I was pulling it up on my phone. I was able to find what I needed right away but then tried to find a self checkout - which there are none - you are herded into a will-call line a mile away until an employee could assist you with the checkout process. I was barked at again for not moving up fast enough and that the credit card machine was broken and I needed to hold my card in while it processed. I was returning a $4 part that was not needed and buying a $4 piece, coincidentally, for a new project. Next time I'll eat the loss, instead, and stick with my home store.

This particular Home Depot has more rude and lazy staff than most. If it wasn’t so close to home before going into work, I would never stop by here. Some cashiers should be stocking, and not interacting with customers. ( one of the names is Denise)

Line at checkout stretches almost the length of the store as management will not let customers use self checkout independently. You've been warned...

I made a large purchase of drywall and received Great Customer Service from Mr. Charles, Chiquita and Carla Anderson Stewart. The trio was very friendly, patient, and helpful.

Cashier Ms. Genita made my day, with her friendly bubbly personality. I woke up with the frown on my face up until Ms.Genita checked out my purchase. She actually turn my frown upside down to a smile.

Too many people standing around the parking lot.

This is once again, my favorite Home Depot. The lot was clean, and there wasn't sketchy foot traffic in the lot like I had seen in the past. Great selection of outdoor plants too. I'm going back later this week.

Tametta was my cashier and she had a pleasant and welcoming attitude. She even helped me find a product that was listed “out of stock” on the website! Her customer service was exceptional and because of her I’ll be coming back to this location to buy more products for my home! Home Depot is lucky to have her! Thank you Tametta!

It’s a shame that you can’t even purchase an item because it’s locked up in a cage. Makes it worse when it takes 30 minutes to get an associate to assist you with getting the item removed from the cage. I was thoroughly disappointed in the store on 87th dan Ryan. We have to do better in our community. The service needs to get better asap

I have spent a lot of time in this Home Depot as I looked for tiles for my bathroom remodel project. Everyone was always so helpful in helping me make my selection and sharing their thoughts on why different choices would be better than others. They treated me with patience as though as was a treasured older member of their family

I hope that this store never closes, we have lost so many Big Box stores in our community. My family and friends prefer to shop in the community and we appreciate this store being opened.

Either they were a vendor, or they were an employee they ran away from you.

Cashier Latiana so very helpful even after the customer before me was being rude she kept her composure and assisted the rude customer without the situation escalating.

The parking lot is nasty you could get COVID just walking in that nasty paper fill parking lot that place needs a good cleaning and all staff need new Aprons washing not going to help

I did not purchase anything of importance this time other than a cold drink but if I have a problem I will come to the home Depot.

WHEN YOU GET OUT YOUR CAR THE PARKING LOT IS SO NASTY AND ITS EMBARRASSING. THE CARTS ARE ALL OVER, THE PERSON AT THE DOOR DOESN’T LIKE HIS JOB NO GREETING. EMPTY CARTS ALL THROUGH THE STORE. AND I GET TO THE CHECK OUT LINE WHICH IS ON STRAIGHT LINE ALL THE WAY BACK BY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SEE WHY CARTS EMPTY CARTS ALL EVERYWHERE PEOPLE ARE LEAVING LINES TO LONG I LEFT AS WELL. CLEAN IT UP PLEASE. DO MANAGEMENT EVEN WALK AROUND OUTSIDE AND SEE ALL THAT TRASH. NEED A NEED CHECK OUT SYSTEM

I was impressed that the team brought the merchandise to my vehicle and added a red flag for safety. I would not have thought about this safety measure.

Very helpful and the store was well organized

I bought a Glacier Bay 18 inch vanity combo today and I love it for only $129.00 and it will be better used than my present large sink with the Pedestal.

I was able to go and get the right item and come back to the register and didn't have to wait again. Great service Chicago!

They Are So Focused On Theft @ Self Check-Out, The Male Cashier Took My Item Out Of My Hand And Scanned It Twice..
