I was very pleased with the assistance of the Pro Loader Micheal Merrion. He was able to help me pick out fence pickets, load them on the cart and assist me with finding other material to complete a fence and gate project. He also loaded my truck with all the materials. It was a very nice experience dealing with Michael. He was pleasant and very polite. He is a valuable asset to HomeDepot.

We were looking at edge trimmers when associate Diane was walking by after her work day was completed. Even though she was already clocked out, she stopped and took the time to give us information regarding the trimmers we were considering. Thanks to Diane, we were able to make an informed decision. We were impressed with her volunteering to take the time to assist us, her knowledge of the products, her friendliness, and her dedication to customer service. She went the extra mile, and we will come back to this store for our next purchase.

They scheduled my delivery on the wrong day, then rescheduled a week later and never showed up or called me..I called the HOTLINE every 2 hrs and they said its on its way..BUT it never came, I waited all day, took the day off of work.. They said they were sorry the next morning and could not deliver my fridge for another week.. Unacceptable !!! I returned for a refund and was able to get a new Fridge delivered that same day day by another company..( Lowes and Sears both said they could deliver the same product the same day...

Cindy Wehr was extremely helpful in planning my kitchen remodel with cabinets and overall layout as well as helping return an item that I had ordered in error. The sale going on at the time was an additional blessing.

The salesman was very accommodating and helpful. I wasn't sure what kind of range I wanted and he helped me decide. He also explained some of the differences between the ranges. This was vey helpful and helped my decision tremendously.

The store was clean, products were easy to find. All the associates were very friendly. Susanne is a great cashier & very friendly.

Always convenient to my business. Helpful staff when I need assistance in lumber cutting. Staff double check the exact sizes before cutting work. Keep up the good work.

Well Organized, clean, helpful associates, they have what I need.

When my favorite store was out of stock on an item, this web page notified me of other stores that had the product. this saved me time and fuel.

I found great wood planks for shelving. They were already finished and the quality of the wood was exceptional.

I went for specific items and knew exactly where they were. Immediately an associate asked if I needed help. Sometimes, because I am a senior citizen female, the associates are overly helpful, giving advice I don't need but that's better than too little help.

The paint Dept is very good and knows the products and supplies. I can always rely on them to help me with paint products in satsfactitctory manner

I NEEDED A PATIO DOOR TO BE INSTALLED BY 9/12 WAS NOT TOLD THAT IT WAS GOING TO TAKE OVER 2 MONTHS TO GET IT INSTALLED. STAFF WAS NOT HELPFUL-DIDN'T CARE ABOUT MY UNIQUE SITUATION-TOLD BY CUSTOMER SERVICE NOTHING TO BE DONE. ASKED FRANK IF HE WAS THE MANAGER NO WORD. I CANCELLED MY ORDER AND LEFT WENT TO LOWES AND BOUGHT 2 PATIO DOORS THEY WERE MUCH MORE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY! I WON'T BE BACK

Hal was just amazing. His warmth and knowledge and wonderful good humor made our trip a lot of fun. He is department management material and should be the standard which other associated are measured. I have trained many sales and customer service and management professionals and was so impressed with this person that I think we will probably seek him out on any subsequent visits. I had an idea for a new landscape project and the cashier was so friendly with me! When she didn't know the answer to one of my questions she stopped another associate who could help me. Her personality was so pleasant we were chit chatting away while checking out. Very helpful!

I love the paint selections. We purchased a refrigerator, lumber and a saw. You had everything we needed.

I HAVE A SMALL MOUSE PROBLEM OUT SIDE NEAR MY BIRD FEEDERS...:( DIANE AN ASSOCIATE AT MY HOME DEPOT SAW ME LOOKING AT SOME POISON... IM NOT A FAN... SHE SAID I FOUND SOMETHING THAT WORKS BETTER... I GOT SOME TRAPS THANKED HER... BTW SHE WAS SUPER FRIENDLY!!!! I TRIED THEM AND WITH IN 20 MIN PROBLEM SOLVED.. SHE IS GREAT. THANKS A LOT HOME DEPOT!!!!!!

My husband and I were very impressed with the assistance and knowledge of Haley Ruybal. She help us designed our new cabinets, made suggestions and completed our purchase. I will definetely recommend her to our friends and family for their projects. I was so glad that we got her as our sales assistant as we were very happy with her customer service skills.

Customer service was great both with the Pro Loader sales associate, at check out, and with the Pro Loader sales associate loading my four pressure treated 2x8 product. However most of the 2x8 pressure treated product was severely molded. It took the Pro Loader sales associate quite some time of sifting through to find four usable ones. Outside of these the entire stack was going to be dumped. I think this problem should have been seen before the product was ever loaded onto the floor. The Pro Loader sales associate was very apologetic about the condition of the 2x8 pressure treated wood and the time it was taking to find four usable boards for me. He was wonderful and loaded the boards, took me to check out, and loaded the boards for me, then stapled a red flag to the end of one. All of the sales associates were great. This is the second major problem I have had with buying a wood product at Home Depot. The first one was paneling that warped after being placed in my home for 3 days and all had to be returned, which Home Depot nicely accepted and gave me a full refund. I hope Home Depot will have better quality control on their wood products in the future. I shop Home Depot all of the time for everything I need and I will continue to do so in the future.

I picked up a Will Call order that a contractor had called in. It was a lot of lumber and items to lay wood flooring and stair treads. the stair treads were supposed to be oak (expensive/high quality) I was charged for oak because that is what was called in for the order but I was given Pine (not to be used for hard wood flooring - low quality) because this store did not have any oak stair treads and instead of telling me that or calling another store to find out if they had the product, they just put the Pine in the cart to fill the order. I was by myself and could not get any assistance with loading the materials into my car not to mention that because it was the wrong product, I had to reload everything take it back to the store only to find out that they didn't have any Oak, call another store to find out where I could get the right product. The situation was very time consuming and frustrating - the last thing one wants to encounter when you are doing a remodel and deadlines to meet!!

Everything was super like always never had a bad experience at home depot .excellent!!!
