How do I rent a tool?
Stop by your local Rental Center to see which tools you can rent. You can also call first to confirm a tool's availability, or check out our tool rental page to see if it's offered at your store. If it's not, try another nearby store or contact our Rental Center associates to discover where that tool is available. Can I rent a tool for a day?
Tool rentals start at four hour time slots. It depends on how long you'd like to rent them. Small home improvement projects may only require a rental for a few hours, and bigger jobs are no problem. You've got options to rent tools by the month, week, or day, too. If you need it longer than your initial rental period, call the Rental Center for an extension and avoid late fees.
When do I return the tools?
You can return the tools early if you finish your project faster than planned, but on-time works, too. Just make sure to bring them back by the deadline listed on your rental paperwork. Please clean off dust, mud, and grime from the tool as well. If you need it longer, call the rental center to see if you can extend your rental period.
Do table saw rentals come with saw blades?
Yes, saw rentals generally come with blades, but we recommend that you buy your own. You probably won't get a sharp saw blade that comes with your rental. However, you may luck out and receive an excellent blade on the saw. As there's no guarantee, it's better to buy a suitable blade in case you need it.
