The store was clean and well lit and organized. The staff was not friendly, never greets me, and hard to find someone to help when I have questions. Staff needs to be more knowledgeable about the products in their department.

Cashier was not friendly. She need additional training on customer satisfaction

I was at Home Depot to order a major kitchen appliance. The sales associate had me sit at her desk while she ordered. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions thoroughly - never made me feel rushed. This associate made me feel as if my purchase was very important to Home Depot.

WHEN I ENTERED THE STORE IT WAS WELL LITE AND THE PEOPLE WERE VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. EVERYTHING WAS EASY TO FIND .

I have visited this store many times over the past 10 years and have always had a very pleasant experience each time. Any time I needed advise or assistance locating an item in the store the associates have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I went to buy paint for the exterior of my house and also received a great experience as well. Rick was very friendly and did a great job helping us out.

Very competitive prices with a lot of better quality brands and choices. I have shopped the rest and like the Depot the best. I appreciate the way Home Depot honors our military and veterans. We absolutely love Behr paint. We like to change colors easily and Behr paint is the best we have found.

Was awesome and clean my eye balls almost fell out looking at their wide range of verieties and selections if there was a closer one to me lowes and Menards would loose a customer

I had visited another company numerous times to purchase 2 replacement windows and was very frustrated. A builder recommended Home Depot. I couldn't be happier. Because I was given a lot of information by the store associate, I was apply to quickly and confidently make my choices. The store associate also asked me questions pertaining to my home which were helpful. I felt like I was dealing with a professional.

I spent days looking for the perfect Lawn mower that had the power that I needed, and the ability to fit in my storage space. I ended up getting a 22” TORO (model 20339). I am now a happy camper!!!!!!!!

I wanted paint and found two associates who helped me pick the right one, added color, and suggested brushes and rollers.

I left a plumber (being paid by the hour) to complete work while I went to the store and picked up a part for him to install. I was in a big hurry. I was correctly directed to the correct area, met by an associate who called a person to assist me. The person helping me identified the part I needed, based on the old part I handed to him, and quickly found it on the display. I checked myself out and was out in a flash. I even got home before the plumber finished his part of the job. I was very pleased. I love going to Home Depot to shop for garden supplies and to look at the displays. I am considering new appliances and Home Depot will be the first place I look.

We had a pleasant experience at this store the associates were friendly and approachable.

I went to the store in June 1st and I had a really bad experience with a cashier, she was rude and no polite, she reaised her voice at me, I had to tell her to keep her voice down at me, I told her that she was really loud and she does not need to scream at me!!!!

Lots of choices of plants for summer garden and they all look healthy. While looking at bird feeders, an associate asked if I needed help and I automatically said no but then asked where the S hooks were. He know what aisle and where on that aisle I could find them (and they were there!). Then as I was about to start unloading, 2 associates approached and didn't even ask if I needed help, just started loading my car up. Since i had 2 of the biggest bags of soil to lift, it was an AMAZINGLY kind gesture.

The layout of the garden center makes it easy to get around.

Lawn and Garden was well organized and clean. I placed my items on a flatbed cart that had a bad wheel which made it quite difficult to push but I managed to get it to my vehicle and unload it. The check out process had more questions than I was aware of and the cashier snapped at me to answer the question on the screen which pertained to ' do you wish your receipt e-mailed to you '? I was not expecting that question but I wasn't expecting to be snapped at either for not being familiar with home depots check out system.

I was able to get in and out with exactly what I needed. The associates are very knowledgeable of various products and services.

I went to the store in Carmel, 106th & Michigan only to discover they don't sell fencing, some kind of Carmel rule. I had to go out of my way to another store. Makes me very curious what kind of rule prevents a private business from selling merchandise. I live in Indy so it make no sense to me.

I've come to know many of the associates here by name because I've been in the store so much in recent months--they are always helpful and provide wonderful service to help me find exactly what is needed....thanks, Home Depot!
