There are few products i purchase every month and occasionally i need something specific. I can always ask someone to help me find what I need and to help chose the right product . You're very patient with me.

We purchase our GE refrigerator at the store and could not find any assistance in finding a replacement filter for our water dispenser.

Was making a feeder for my chickens and the Associate was very helpful and nice

Very easy to find the product I was looking for. Looked it up online before going in and found it instantly.

I went into the store to purchase paint. I had many questions and the associate was very patient in answering them all. Had a good chit chat while the paint spun. Helped to make my day.

Ask for help with thermostats brian came with in 2 minutes and got me what i needed in 5 minutes

it's a nice store with helpful people, clean and easy to find everything

This store appeared crowded to me, it had plenty of stuff but it was so packed in my opinion you did not see everything and working thru the isles was a process. The parking lot was crowded and a fender bender invitation seem laid out while entering or leaving. Again this is not my regular store but it had what I was looking for and if I needed to return to pick up items in the future I would go but probably not on a weekend

We have shopped quite a few Home Depots, but this by far was the best experience we have ever had. They were friendly and more than willing to help and go the extra mile. The store was clean and there seemed to have the shelves well stocked. If one of the sales persons could not help they made sure they found someone that could. This store is not as convent for is but because of the experience we had and the people we worked with from manager Rob Maggie sales person to the delivery people Robert and Matt. This will be our store from now on.

I love this Home Depot Branch because everyone there are friendly and eager to help. They don't disappear on you. I know where everything is located and can get in and out in a reasonable time frame. They also have a lot of sales.

Marion and Selime were wonderful. I have seen Selime in the store a few times and she has always been wonderful. This was my first association with Marion and the experience was wonderful. It people like her that makes me feel welcome and like family. If your competitor has the same product for a lower price I would pay your higher price just because of my experience with Marion and Selime. I was at your store on Tuesday after 6:30...and it seems like everyone was gone for the day. I could not find anyone in Electrical. I finally got was I needed but the experience was not good for me. I wanted to get in out out due to day light and the item that needed fixing affected the entire household. I wasted like 55 minutes waiting while another associate try to find someone to help. Another associate was on the phone helping someone else. I am in the store (paying customer) not someone one the phone fishing.

Prices are always lower than other home supply stores. When I needed to return an item, even if I was unable to locate my receipt, customer service worked with me.

I live close by this Home Depot and visit it often. Helpful staff.

Although she was on a stepladder and busy, the associate that was in the tool section stopped what she was doing, climbed down, and skillfully answered our questions. I love this place!

All the associates I encountered during my visit were helpful and courteous in answering all the questions I had about changing a door lock.

I was interested in choosing paint colors for my new home and received excellent recommendations from employees at paint service area. Made an excellent choice which was evidenced by a beautiful room when we finished painting. Very happy!!!

We recently flew in from Minnesota to help our son and daughter-in-law move into a home that needed some renovations because it had not been occupied for a few years. I had some plumbing issues that needed attention and was fortunate to have Ron be in the plumbing aisle . He was most helpful all three times we returned to the store. Bill in electrical was also very helpful over the phone when I needed some help with a 220 volt electrical problem. Lorretta in Checkout is a definite PLUS for the store because of the way she deals with the customers.

I was able to get all the supplies I needed. I had questions about getting a new charcoal grill and multiple employees offered to help and give good opinions about different grills. Definitely recommend this store!

Associate very helpful after I found one! Everyone is cutting back

Just moved to the area and needed a few things for the new house. Anytime I had trouble finding what I was looking for, a store associate was always willing and able to walk me directly to the product I was searching for. Anytime I had questions, there was always a knowledgeable store associate to help me make the best, most informed decision. Home Depot basically has the same products as their competitors, for around basically the same prices. The reason I will ALWAYS go to Home Depot first is and always will be their helpful and knowledgeable store associates.
