Employees at this store are so knowledgable and so friendly. It is my favorite Home Depot.

After several problems with the delivery of purchased appliances, the Manager, Steve, and The Assistant Manager, Shawn, took things by the horns and got positive results. This reflects good leadership and I thank both of you.

For a larger box store it is fairly organized. The employees really do their best to be helpful and pleasant. I've been to this location many times and I've never had a problem.

This is the only store near me that had security doors. The process is too long and the clerks -except for the older guy that was really helpful, seemed uninterested in assisting us.

In your that store two time a week my last trip was Very BAD.

A little worse than average, not enough steel stock , clueless and lazy employees, hardware drawers are disorganised. Rushed out the door half hour before closing time. Some employees are very friendly but are unaware of what's going on. This is the only Home Depot in Pittsburgh so I'm sure it will survive. Not great, but there are worse.

great store employees willing to help at all times . Can explain about all merchandise and if they don't know they get you someone who can help you. Store clean and well organized

Everyone was super nice and friendly. They smiled, helped me find the right things. They also helped me save money!

I visit this store quite often and the staff there are very kind and helpful. Carla in the paint department is always willing to help and remembers my wife and I when we stop into the store. The garden center is greatand the store is conveniently located on the 71B and 75 bus lines.

I went to get line for my trimmer. I could not find it and even though there were 2 employees in the aisle neither offered any help. I left with the wrong line. Went online and found the one I needed at the very store I just left. Poor customer service!

Kudos to Ken in Lumber, Lisa in Customer Service, and the short guy in gardening for all of your help. I was able to find what I need and take care of business.

Witnessed employees yelling at customers. Employee told me it was not his job to help me. Take my advice and go somewhere else.

The prices of plants are cheaper than other stores. Also, I appreciate that the store has delivery option.

Of the three entrance/exits of the store parking lot, ONLY ONE WAS OPEN for traffic when I shopped on 4-5-17 at 10AM

This store has a larger selection of various products and the best staff of any Home Depot I ever!! Stop in and meet them so helpful and friendly!!

I've been using the East Liberty (Pittsburgh) Home Depot since it opened. My experience has always been good, but of late its been superb. For me its mostly about the personnel that distinguishes it from other HD stores and Lowes which I also visit when traveling around. I understand it has the highest volume of customers/sales than all other HDs in the region. Its only going to continue to outpace its sisters stores....as it distinguishes itself with service. Its all about customer lifetime value....they are doing it for the location and the Home Depot brand in general.

I had called the store before I arrived to be sure you had what I was looking for. Spoke with a super friendly employee who had informed me you guys had what I needed. [I needed 2-8ft-2/4] When I arrived at the store I ran into the same employee I spoke with and he was just as friendly in person as he was on the phone. He showed me to the product I was looking for, shared some knowledge, and he even cut the the wood into the sizes I needed. It was an awesome experience that didn't just stop there

This was the best Home Depot I've ever shopped in. It was a Sunday, yet every department had at least one employee cruising the aisles, available for help. Several employees took the initiative to ask if I needed help, which has never happened to me in a Home Depot. The employees I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable about their own inventory and asked me enough questions about why I needed the product so they could help me make good choices. Both employee check out and self-check out were available. I'll definitely shop here again.

floor assistant in the bathroom department was very knowledgeable and helpful, made my decisions very easy and comforting. Angie T at the customer service desk was a jewel with assisting me with my credit line needs. great team.

I usually try to avoid this store location because I have had problems in the past. But since I was working nearby I made the mistake of trying to get my supplies there. Usually, I can't find anyone to help me if I have a problem. This time, the problem found me. On numerous occasions I have not been able to get what I need because of closed aisles when employees are working in an aisle--or used to be working in an aisle, or might be working in an aisle sometime in the future. If someone is right there, no problem, but often the aisle is just closed and there isn't anyone around to ask to open it. I have left the store in frustration over this. This was the case a few days ago. I run my own business, so the time I spend waiting at Home Depot for someone to open an aisle is time that I am not earning money doing work. I thought I lucked out earlier today. I was halfway through selecting the items I needed when two employees came and asked me to vacate the aisle so they could operate their forklift in the aisle. I was not happy about this since it was my second trip to the store trying to buy the stuff I needed to finish a job. I told them that I needed to get these items, and I couldn't just leave without them. The did not care and repeated that I needed to leave the aisle. I protested, since their closed aisle had prevented me from getting what I needed earlier in the week, and this time I was there first. But they insisted that they were getting items for another customer. I pointed out that I was a customer too. They countered that the other customer was there before me. I said that I doubted that since I had been there earlier in the week. Surprisingly, the employee showed me his paperwork, which listed a local contractor that I know. The employees grew ever more insistent that I leave the aisle. I guess they were late for a lunch date or something. I am very disappointed that these employees valued their time ahead of mine. The other contractor was not in the store, so they could easily have waited for me to finish my selection. I do plan on speaking with that contractor to let him know that Home Depot was careless with his information by showing me his paperwork. I guess business is so good that Home Depot does not need to worry about their customer's shopping experience. Lowes is marginally better with this detail.

Generally staff is helpful and friendly. Occasionally staff is unsure of product information and / location. but they will work toward a solution.

I can never find anyone to help. When I go to customer service they act like it is a burden for them to call someone to help. Then when someone finally comes to help they do not know the area.

As I am a new home owner, I visit this store very often. I chose this store because it's in a convenient location, and sales associates are welcoming and friendly and willing to walk few more steps to get the correct information to help me. As I am a DIY guy, many times my question make them confuse but they welcome my questions and try to understand what I am looking for to help. When i am happy with their help, I could see from their face they too are happy.

VERY POOR SERVICE. NO HELP AT ALL OUT OF 6 EMPLOYEES THE ONLY ONE THAT HELP WAS TO LOAD THE TRUCK. WE DID NOT NEED HELP THEN.

As a military member respect goes a long way. Customs and courteous as well. Personnel at Home Depot were above and beyond.

I made a phone call to the pro desk at this store to order lumber for a home project and received the best customer service I've ever gotten from ANY store. All my questions were answered, my concerns were solved and delivery was scheduled within 15 minutes. I wasn't "talked down to" because I was a woman ordering lumber. Instead, I was treated with respect and given the most courteous service by this male employee. He was friendly, professional and 100% helpful. He is a golden asset to his employer. Thank you Mark!
