I really enjoy coming to this store because even if I am not certain of what I may need for my project the people there are always willing to help and if they can't themselves then they find someone who knows. Purchases is easy, returns, helpfulness, and lots of goods.

I have never had such awesome and experienced customer service. Your staff knows their stuff and it shows! So good to have an actual professional help me. The lady gave in the paint department gave me the best tips and tricks to get my job done beautifully. So glad I came here.

After shopping around, I decided on this Home Depot. The price was very reasonable and the stock on hand was plentiful. The people were helpful and friendly. The purchase was quick and set up for delivery was a snap. This is my Home Depot.

Waited 45 minutes to get help getting a box of grout off the shelf. Employees saw me but didn’t stop to help even though I asked. Always said, I’ll send someone to help. This happened 2 days in a row. Home Depot would be my last choice of a place to stop.

Cameron the store manager here has been great on All occasions. It really gets involved with the customers needs and goes above and beyond with trying to help out in certain situations. I'm wondering if this location is hiring. I have lots of experience in home improvement as I have remodeled numerous homes and it flipped numerous properties. And I have experience in lawn and garden as I was a Kmart store manager for 6 years back in the day. I have lots to offer and customer service is the number one priority.

With friendly employee assistance, I was able to purchase what I needed expeditiously.

We purchased a 270 piece tool set and a range. There was friendly, helpful interaction with no less than 5 associates. All came up to offer assistance in locating the merchandise and help retrieving it. Very friendly and helpful staff!

If I look like I need help, there always seems to be a "friendly" face asking me IF I need help.

I have been remodeling my home little by little. Everytime I ask for help, I find someone that has great advice.

I was looking for battery operated candles to use for my daughters wedding and the employee that helped me find the was great knew just where they were . I would have never thought to look where they had them on display . They were also on sale so I got two sets .

I've shopped that H Depot for many many years because I always can find a helpful worker not far away. If one doesn't have an answer for me, it doesn't take long for him to get me to a knowledgeable one. They are always well stocked for the items I need too . When they don't have what I need, the online ordering system works reliably so I never get skunked! Lastly I like their prices and they almost always are the leader.

I came ito the port richey store to purches a new refrigerator. It was an LG and I wanted a spcifice modle whith they had. I was welcome by a lovly lady she was very helpfull. she looked it up and said there wear 28 in stock. I was given a delivery date of 06/06/25. on thursday I recived a text telling me that there would be a 48hr delay. how could that be correct if they said that they had 28in stock. I have food that is now going bad as I expected to have it by 06/06/25. I still have not heard anything about when we could expect delivery. Very disappointing.

I am redoing my home after Hurricane Helene destroyed it and have spent alot of time in the=is Home Depot. The workers there have been incredibly helpful, specially Francine in the Kitchen dept.

Got this item and brought home set up was easy. Then when It came to changing string it took over 45 minutes and never could figure out. Returned item and told clerk about it. They apologized but I said ryobi has missed the mark on this item.

Everyone is pleasant who works at this store. I appreciate them helping find the location of what I am looking for.

Help is hard to find in the store. When I finally do find someone its almost as if I'm bothering them. At least at Publix a happy associate takes you right to the item you're looking for. Not at this store. You're better off shopping online.

They need HELP, Professional help that KNOW SOMETHING.

Shop at Port Richey, Holiday,Stadium, Bruce B Downs, Carrolwood, Spring Hill and surrounding instead, All are better run than this store. There are a few good employees at this store but most are bad. Management of this store isn't much better.

I love shopping at this store. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and go beyond the call of duty to help. The store is clean and accident free.

Have shopped this store many times & have always found plentiful, knowledgeable & courteous associates to help with my needs. Earlier this week, I stopped in around 9:15 P. M., as I was in need of something to repair what I thought might be a small leak in my walk-in shower tiles. Even at this late hour, I received courteous, helpful & knowledgeable assistance from “Cameron & Josh”, both of whom ensured that I headed home in confidence & satisfaction with my purchases. Kudos to the management & more importantly, the associates of this store, for maintaining your core values of Customer Service. It does not go unnoticed!
